Peter Killingley graduated from Durham University in the UK in 1982 He has been teaching English since 2003 and has taught in Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and Asia He particularly enjoys teaching exam classes, having first started preparing students for the IELTS exam in 2003 He has a CELTA® and a Trinity Diploma and is currently working for the Australian Centre for Education (ACE) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia Mary Kuder graduated from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, in 1982 More recently, in May 2015, she received her Master of Arts in English as a Second Language (MA ESL) from Hamline University in St Paul, Minnesota, USA She is the editor and researcher of the Glossary of Compensation and Benefits Terms (WorldatWork, 2002), published with the Library of Congress, and the editor of the eBook 100 Points to Consider Before Moving or Retiring in Ecuador (Crowder, 2013) She has been teaching English since 2013 and has taught in the USA, Ecuador, About the Cover Designer As a young girl growing up in northern Indiana, Sandy MacGowan was greatly influenced by her late father, a professional photographer That influence, coupled with her love of art, would resurface years later after she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts from Indiana University Sandy spent most of the next ten years as a computer graphics artist, specialising in speaker-support presentations, medical illustration and graphic design While studying 3D computer graphics and animation in Canada, Sandy met her husband, Brian MacGowan As another computer graphics artist with extensive training in photography, he has provided her with much insight into the quirks and foibles of computer graphics While on a career hiatus for motherhood, Sandy once again embraced her early love of photography Digital photography, along with computer graphics, now enable her to artistically enhance her photos, resulting in the illusion of a painterly effect when viewed either onscreen or as prints Sandy currently resides once more in northern Indiana, along with Brian and their two daughters ... large amount of vocabulary in a short space of time Although there are some good vocabulary books on the market, none could be found to meet this need This book contains topic- specific vocabulary. ..
