in the oven Servings - 12 servings Prep time - minutes ➢ Ingredients: Dutch processed cocoa powder – ¼ cup + table sp Walnuts chopped – ½ cup Honey – ½ cup Pumpkin seeds – ½ cup Coconut oil- 40 grams Cashews sliced – ½ cup Chia seeds- table sp Rolled oats – cups Flax seeds- table sp Instant oats – ½ cup (optional) Almonds chopped- ½ cup Peanut butter – table sp ➢ Instructions: Place a pan on low heat and add coconut oil, honey, peanut butter to it Mix well till everything is melted and combined In a large mixing bowl, add chia seeds, oats, almonds, cashews, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, cocoa powder and mix well To the bowl with the dry mixture add the wet mix that we made in the first step Mix well till it there is no dry part left Pour this mixture on to a baking tray lined with parchment paper Spread it evenly and place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes After every 10 minutes, stir the mixture on the baking tray so that each part gets cooked evenly After 30 minutes take the baking tray out to cool, the mixture would have turned light brown Let it cool for about hour, then transfer it to an airtight container You can eat it with yogurt or milk, to the blender and blend at high speed (Vita mix is the suggested blender) Now pour the blended bananas into a serving bowl add the date syrups as per your liking and top it with chopped nuts 15
