Some people prefer to spend their lives doing the same things andavoiding change. Others, however, think that change is always a good thing. What is your opinion about it ? Some people enjoy change, and they look forward to new experiences. Others like their lives to stay the same and avoid change. Each of the two has its own advantages and disadvantages. However, as a youngster with great energy and enthusiasm, I will choose change without any hesitation. Firstly, in our modern society, the world is changing in every minute. If we do not change, how can we keep pace with the world? For example, if we do not "renew" us daily, by studying, for instance, we will become backward. Change gives us a feeling of curiosity and drive us to discover various new things around us. If we don't travel from place to another, we will not have chances to understand the world fully with new experiences! Therefore, change can make our life less bored. Secondly, another significant advantage of change is that we can explore our abilities and talents better and deeper. For example, a student who has just graduated from his university , can try his best to find many different jobs before choosing the best one. Change , therefore, can help him to discover his most suitable job. As a result of this, change will also make people adjust themselves in different environment to adapt to more changes in this life. Therefore, by changing ourselves, we can have chances to enjoy an expanded world with many interesting things around us. This certainly make our life more better and colourful! In a word, with the reasons presented above, I strongly commit to the notion that change makes our lives colourful and train us to adapt to our world. Facing to new thing forces us to concentrate to study and think of ways deal with it. So we tend to be more active and dynamic than doing the same thing. For instance, changing from technical work to business one, we have to give up hard formulas of technique and start to soft skills such as communication, managing skills which help us be more perfect. Once we adapt to change, we don’t have to worry for our careers. In conclusion, I prefer to encounter with change because it gives me respiration to work and prefect myself. In order to solve traffic problems, many measures are proposed including taxing private car owners heavily and use money to improve public transportation. There are a lot of controversial ideas around this solution. This essay will give you a closer look about advantages and disadvantages. In recent years, there has been an sharp increase in the number of vehicles especially private cars. Meanwhile the transportation infrastructure is very poor, roads in Vietnam are quite narrow and many of them downgraded. This causes congestion problem in rush hours in large cities. Applying the fee for private cars are an advantages in reducing the number of cars in transportation which take a lot of space on roads, making contribution to dealing with traffic jams. This brings practical benefits for people: time- consuming, fuel- consuming, less outrage, less pollution,… But a question is that which vehicles will people use if they don’t use cars? In this case, the government encourages people to use the public vehicles. However, let ‘s see our bus system, they are substandard. Moreover, it can lead people’s outrages because they have to pay so many taxes for their cars: registration fee, VAT, road maintenance fee, environmental fee,… In my opinion, in order to deal with traffic problems especially transportation congestion, we must make a long-term solution for transportation planning such as building more roads, settling quickly clearance, develop and improve public transportation, raising people’s knowledge and awareness of traffic laws . To sum up, there are both advantages and disadvantages if the fee for possessing private car is applied . It is a big decision which can impact on economy and society. The second disadvantage is the solution will create inconveniences for people. Because tax is high, many people will not buy cars and use public transportation which is always too crowded and dirty that make passengers tired and even sickness. In conclusion, taxing heavily on private cars will help government to reduce traffic problems. On the other hand, it will negatively affect economic development as well as the convenience of residents. This type of tax would likely be set at a fixed amount. This would mean that it would hit those with less money harder, whilst the rich could likely afford it. It is therefore not a fair tax. In conclusion, this solution is worth considering to improve the current situation, but there are advantages and disadvantages of introducing such a policy. They can take back money and profit when project start to operate. However, there are some vital advantages of using public transport. The first one is that the public transportation will reduce traffic jams at rush hours in cities caused by a lot of individual transportations (motorbikes, cars). Besides, using public will decrease the air pollution since a bus or a train cannot emit amount of gas as much as 30 private cars. Furthermore, using public transportation enable people to walk every day, especially official workers, so they have chance to live healthy lives. With the above advantage points the public transportation should be developed. In conclusion, the advantage of using public transportation is clear and important to our social lives. However, our role is to find a practical solution to satisfy the demanding of the society. The governments should take responsibility to study the issue and find out the most practical and fairest solution. BOT projects seem to be an appropriate solution from my point of view. As it is important to acknowledge that there are compelling arguments on both sides, my essay will discuss this topic in more detail. Firstly, it is certainly the case that getting involved in non-academic activities such as sports, voluntary work, is an indispensable part of all students’ life. They easily get into the feelings of loneliness, sad and despair since they are lacked of interaction with this world.They only sit in one place to watch TV, play game or do their tasks .This brings about shyness of communicating with other people .It also makes them being pale, not vibrant and negative thinking.Therefore, they will be narrow-minded and lack self-confidence. Secondly, sedentary can cause many dangerous diseases especially such as obese , stroke and diabetes.It will not only shorten your life expectancy but it also lead to the death.It is hard burden for your family and relatives. Moreover, sedentary will slow down your metabolism as well as immune system. As a result , your body is unable to function properly , this makes you always feel tired and weak. Thirdly, sedentary can decrease your self-esteem. Obese people often have inferiority complex and shame when they are made fun of by the others.It will reduce work and study efficiency and even lead up to violence.In other words, because of being vulnerable and loosing control by ridiculous speech , they attack other people and create trouble and loss for themselves and other people. In conclusion, sedentary is not a healthy lifestyle .Every one should change their habit and become more energetic.Do exercises every day helps you to have good health and happy life.
