with a new mechanism, the pace of development of industries, agriculture, trade and services is expanding, accelerating With the urbanization development, the population is increasing day by day, people's lives are gradually stabilized and developed (Wikipedia, 2015) Hoang Van Thu Paper Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Dap Cau Paper Factory, was established in 1914, specializing in pulp production In 1945, the factory was under the control of the revolutionary government and evacuated to the Viet Bac war zone In 1955, the factory was moved to build in Thai Nguyen After many changes of organization and name, in 2006, it was officially transformed into Hoang Van Thu Paper Joint Stock Company Since then, the company has made strong changes on the basis of reorganizing, stabilizing the organization, balancing the workforce according to each person's capacity, building up the industrial style and creating friendly environment workplace The living standards of employees have been constantly improved, creating an incentive to encourage the efforts of the staff and employees for the sustainable development of the business (Vu Luan 2017) The main products of the Company are paper samples for sewing industry, cement wrapping paper (types F10 and F33), paper samples for computers, etc., which are manufactured on modern technological lines To meet the market demand, improve excess paper and used paper products At the same time, investing in production line XEO 8, specializing in manufacturing high quality cement wrapping paper, produces over 15,000 tons / year (Vu Luan 2017) In addition to investment efforts to improve operational efficiency, the Board of Management also pays attention to well implementing the environmental protection work through the installation of waste water treatment line of Germany, with a capacity of 15,000 m3 / year This is a waste water treatment system with the design advantage of "no need for flour cooking" which is the most polluting stage For imported materials, the Company does not use recycled paper and toxic chemicals such as acids, sulfur Waste water in the production process is gathered to the station and treated by the flotation technology which take out powder and separate harmful impurities before sending waste water into standard biological treatment for reuse Particularly, the flotation tank has filtered 50% of the amount of pulp in waste water for reuse and discharged into the regulating tank system to treat solids, thereby improving the efficiency of environmental pollution treatment (Vu Luan 2017)
