Eating not only helps us to be healthy physically, but also helps us to feel good in the mind In fact, eating is a way to recognize the new things and flavors in life This is considered one of the main reasons leading to the development of the restaurant The higher human needs are, the more restaurant will be built Beside, tourism is a key industry of Vietnam It plays an important role in promoting economic development and has been profitable for many years The development of tourism leads to the improvement of many industries, including the restaurant - hotel field A restaurant that wants to survive and grow long requires many things First of all, the restaurant's products have been known and used by customers Next, the customer has spent a sum of money on a service, they also set a standard for enjoying that service The more important thing is how businesses can satisfy customers' requirements Therefore, the most important issue is the quality of food and drink service at the restaurant If the restaurant has good service quality, it will attract many customers and bring high revenue At the same time, the restaurant also has the opportunity to build a brand name as well making a clear breakthrough Along with that development are the advantages and disadvantages of the restaurant business In the following, I will analyze in detail the strengths and weaknesses of the restaurant to give some suitable measures to overcome difficulties 4.2.1 Advantages The restaurant has been in operation for a long time, so it has a stable number of customers Customers trust and support is the greatest success of the restaurant The restaurant has a variety of menus for customers to choose Food is always fresh and hygienic The dishes are beautifully decorated to create cravings for guests Thank for these factors, the restaurant will attract more customers through referrals from familiar customers It has fast and convenient booking process that makes customers feel city center is a huge streng for profit Da Nang is the ideal place to promote Vietnamese cuisine because it attracts a lot of domestic and foreign tourists Moreover, Danang people are extremely friendly and close The dishes they make are simple but full of enthusiasm They always try to be creative in cooking to serve many types of customers but still not lose the inherent value of the dish The main goal of the restaurant is to bring the best service quality to customers That is the basis for the restaurant to get the opportunity to expand the business scale The results that the restaurant achieved is thanks to the advantages of location, area and prestige In addition to these advantages, the restaurant faced many difficulties such as competition and shortage of skilled workers Therefore, in order to improve the quality of restaurant service, it requires a team of staff to have the ability and professional skills Researching the customer's perception of the food
