1. Da su dung 5 chung vi khuin dl san xuat chi phkm sinh hpc xir ly d nhiem moi trudng nude nudi tdm, trong đ cd 3 chiing vi khuin Bacillus va 2 chiing vi khuin
lactic.
2. Da xac dinh dugc cac dac diem sinh ly, sinh hda va phan loai cac chung bang
phuong phap sinh hgc phan tụ Chiing V20 dugc xac dinh la Bacillus licheniformis, cac chiing V l l , V75 la Bacillus subtilis, chiing L40 la Lactobacillus plantarum, chiing Ll.l la Enterococcus lactis. Ket qua nghien cim cho thiy cac loai nay khdng anh

- Trong phdng thi nghiem: Che pham vi sinh cd kha nang lam sach nude va giam thilu d nhiem mdi trudng nude va nen day ao nudi tdm cdng nghiep, giam cac chi tieu nhu chat thai hiru co, cac khi dpc NH3 va H2S.
- Khao nghiem ngoai ao nudi:
+ Viec bd sung chi phim VSV vao mdi trudng ao nudi da lam tang kha nang phan buy va chuyin hda cac hgp chit hiju co trong nude ao nudi, tang cudng kha nang lam sach va giiJ* dn dinh mdi trudng nude va nen day ao nudi tdm.
+ Sir dung chi phim VSV da lam tang ty le song cua tdm va nang suat tdm thu hoach tang len gip 2 so vdi khdng su dung che pham.
6. Da chuyin giao cdng nghe cho Cdng ty Cd phin Vi sinh Úng dung de tiep tuc khao nghiem thuc tl va xin giay phep san xuat.
