2.2 Explaining the meanings of each factor that are relevant to business

To create a famous brand that brings a fresh space to the lives of customers, LUMIÈRE always has certain elements that are suitable for business. Firstly, every company has its own slogan in order to create a powerful and everlasting brand. The slogan acts as a firm promise that companies will always provide customers with the greatest, best quality as well as a firm affirmation of the end in the company. We have a healthy message to communicate with our tagline "Wrap yourself in wool and feel the love" from LUMIRE. By utilizing this tagline, we pledge to conveying to our

consumers the thought that we could wrap each of your hearts in soft cotton wool to protect you from the pain that this could potentially cause, while also bringing natural beauty and warmth to everyday life. Love is like a fleece that wraps around us. Then, out of love for love, we are ready to assist and devote our hearts to care for those who are less fortunate. In addition, we also try to design products that decorate our clients' homes. Along with that is the operating motto of putting customers at the top and crucial positions of the organization. So all of the items that LUMIRE supplies are not just current things that provide revenues to businesses, but they are also emotional values, customer happiness, and customer satisfaction, which is LUMIRE's ultimate goal.

Secondly, when starting a business, a logo is essential since it serves as both a brand identification for customers and a symbol for business. As can be seen that the primary hue of the LUMIÈRE logo is pastel pink. A pastel pink has a delicate tone that is a neutral color in the color palette.

This color comes between coral and peach in the palette and is composed of 85% soft yellow and 15% violet. When customers look at the logo, they will notice that the pastel pink color has a tiny pinkish tint, and that there is a lot of white color paired with the dark color of the business name to create incredibly spectacular and eye-catching effects that captivate spectators. It always radiates positive energy because it is a color that represents compassion, sympathy, and positive energy, and it is incredibly hopeful.

Next is mission – “Brings simple but beautiful products, with smart and convenient design. Create products that exactly address the needs of your customers, becoming a trusted friend in your life.”. With many years of experience in the wool industry, as well as a supplier of products, LUMIÈRE believes that it will be the guide for works of art to reach their true owners to satisfy their own taste. In addition, we make every effort to supply home decor items that contribute to a modern, contemporary, and stylish living and working environment. We constantly make different promises for each object in order to preserve the business and ensure corporate social responsibility. To begin with, we are constantly committed to supplying high-quality things to our customers. Second, for partners, we will build a rapport built on trust, respect, and cooperation

in order to achieve long-term growth. Furthermore, the organization will create a pleasant, professional, dynamic, and creative work environment for employees, allowing everyone to fulfill their full potential. Finally, for society, we are continuously cognizant that the benefits of LUMIÈRE are also tied to social benefits, and that LUMIÈRE has a responsibility to the community to engage in activities that develop society.

Employees are always regarded as valuable assets at LUMIRE, and the company strives to incorporate every viewpoint and suggestion expressed by its employees to the best of its ability. Before creating the uniform policy, we conducted a survey of all firm employees to determine whether they should wear uniforms to work. As a result, up to 80% of the company's employees refuse to wear uniforms to work.

Although uniforms will not be required for office personnel, sales salespeople at the stores will be obliged to wear them in order to demonstrate their expertise. Employees will have more freedom to express themselves and will no longer be confined to a uniform. When employees arrive at work in the same outfit every day, we don't want them to have a poor perception of the organization. An 8-hour workday, exposed to so many people, looking at so many faces, but also forcing the eye to look at the same clothes, so crowded and frustrating.

Although uniforms are not compulsory, the corporation expects its employees to dress modestly in order to reflect the organization's professionalism.

Finally, the workplace plays a vital role in fostering employee creativity. Businesses in the service business that require innovation are continuously on the lookout for new ideas from their employees. However, it is difficult to maintain creativity when employees are obliged to work continuously in a constrained, uninspiring environment. According to the 2014 Gallup Global Workplace Report, 51% of individuals polled reported feeling alienated from their employer, with the workplace being regarded as the primary factor (VietNamNet, 2021). Because of this, we created the most cutting-edge and lovely working environment for our staff using the primary colors pink and white. All of the hues were chosen to celebrate the company's luxurious, unrelenting innovation. The Lumiere firm also made the decision that the space would be

"expanded" right away and that there would be enough room for workers to imagine flying far and wide (VietNamNet, 2021). Most businesses

set their ceilings too low, giving the appearance that the area is crowded. Lighting is also important. The company will employ as much natural light as possible, which will improve workers' vision and minimize eye strain. Employees will be able to retain their focus at work and contribute to the alignment of their vision.
