II.WHILE-WRITING

Give ss 10 minutes to write using a new topic Suggested letter( part b)

Dear Mr President,

I'm writing to you about the catching of fish of many people in the lake behind my house

I'm very worried because they use electricity to catch fish.After a short time they leave the lake, a lot of small fish die and float on the water surface

Other animals such as frogs,toads, and even birds have also die from electric shock waves

I would suggest the local authorities shuld prohibit and find heavily anyone using this way of catching fish.I look forward to hearing from you and seeing the protection of environment from the local authorities

III.POST-WRITING

Ask ss to exchange papers with their partners and underline the conditional sentence and check if it has the right form of the verb.Take some examples on the board and check

Get 2 ss to write thier letters on the board,check the type 1 sentences, and then read the rest.Clap.Allow the ss to come to the board and suggest changes until the letter is correct.
