Proposed Intervention Program to Enhance the Leadership Standard of the Secondary School in Hai Phong City:
Rationale
A school which wants to have a sustainable development needs to build aninterventionprogram. A program will help the school reflect the way to achieve the key goals that have set out, specifically the relationship between the different goals and the implementation methods. As can be seen, constructing a plan of the school is like creating a bridge between school goals achieved with each of the methods to accomplish these goals.
Based on the results of data analysis through a survey of secondary school principals in Hai Phong theinterventionprogramwas developed.
Objectives:
- Implement appropriate strategies to reach the desired goals.
Strengthen the supervision and inspection of education.
- Innovate the management style to make it functional and efficient.
Managers must be responsible to the higher authorities for the management of all activities of the school. Therefore, the secondary school managers led by the principal have a great influence on the results of activities of the school.
