To: josh15@garme.couk Subject: A brilliant holiday!
Hi Josh
I had a great time on my holiday last month. I went to South Wales and Dad took me to the World Alternative Games. It was awesome! First we saw people racing baths. That was really funny! Then we watched some people snorkelling in a bog. It looked brilliant, but really dirty. After that Dad watched the chariot race. Lots of people put on funny clothes and cycled through mud.
They all got very dirty, but everyone enjoyed it.
After the race we had some chips.
See you soon!
Sarah

Hi Clare
Guess what I did last weekend! I went bath racing with my dad. 1 we got into a bath. 2 we went across a lake. We weren’t very good and I fell into the water. 3 we swam back. The water was freezing! My mum and brother laughed at us. 4 the race we went home and had a hot shower. It was great fun, though.
