Like all empirical research, this study had its limitations. Firstly, this research did not identify the effect of personal characteristics on the employees’ perception about corporate social responsibility, their commitment and their perception about organizational performance. Secondly, organizational performance is the broad concept and related to several constructs. Therefore, future research should identify the relationships among corporate social responsibility and constructs of organizational performance.
