Dun mot bien dang km d! tao thanh kh6i.

Laa chon New Extrude d! tao thanh mot kh6i mai rieng biet; va laa chon Add

Extrude d! them vao kh6i da co mot kh6i mai

Chon dadng cong km 2D (Composite curve), bd mat hoac sketch. Tao cac thong s6 Extrude. Bao gdm cac chac nang laa chon :

+ Delta

+ Delta Mid Plane + To Closest + To Reference Tao goc Draft Angle.

Thay ddi tfnh nang cua d6i tagng. * Tao Extrude :

1- Delta : Dun bien dang len mot cao do xac djnh Chon d6i tagng la bien dang kin:

Chon hop thoai Delta va Both side :

Chon gia trj Delta va Opposite Delta la 7. Chon nut Draft Angle.

2 - Delta Mid Plane : Phat triln diu theo hai h^ang Chon d6i t^gng :

Wch chuot vao Delta chon Delta Mid Plane : Nhap gia trj Delta la 15.

3 - To Closest : Dun tai mat gin nhit Chon d6i t^gng :

Kich chuot vao Delta chon To Coloset Active. Thay d6i One side thanh Both side.

Kich chon Draft Angle. Nhap gia trj goc Angle la 8.

Chon Draft Angle.

Nhap gia trj goc Angle la 10.

4 - To Reference : Dun bien dang tai mot mat tham chiiu bit ky Chon (36i tirgng : Kich chuot vao Delta chon To reference.

Chon h^ang mui ten va chon bi mat :

Kich chuot chuy!n Extension On thanh Extension Off. chon OK.

Dun tai mat tham chieu Chon dii t^gng va chon hop thoai To Reference :

Chon hu’ang va mat phlng. Wch chuot gifta d! chip nhin lga chon.

+ Delta Mid Plane + To Closest + To Reference + Through Tao goc Draft Angle.

Thay 66i tfnh nang cua 66i tu’gng. * Tao Remove Extrude :

1 - Delta Chon 66i t^gng.

Chon hop thoai Delta va thay 66i hop thoai One side thanh Both side. Nhap gia trj

Delta la 15, gia trj Opposite Delta la 18.

Sau 66 co th! chon As Object hoac As Plane.

Wch chon nut Draft Angle.

Thay 66i Outside thanh Inside. Nhap gia trj goc angle la 8.

2 - Delta Mid Plane Chon d6i t^gng.

Wch chuot va Delta chon Delta Mid Plane. Nhap gia trj Delta la 30.

3 - To Reference Chon d6i t^gng.

Kich chuot vao hop thoai Delta chon To Reference.

Chon h^ang va chon bi mat. Kich chuot gi&a d! chip nhan lga chon.

4 - To Closest Chon d6i t^gng.

Kich chuot vao hop thoai Delta chon To Closest Active. Thay d6i hop thoai One side thanh Both side.

5 - Through Chon d6i t^gng.

Wch chuot vao hop thoai Delta chon Through.

Thay d6i hop thoai One side thanh Both side.

3 Tao kh6i dang tron xoayRevolveNew Revolve/ Add

Chon d^ang cong km 2D (Composite curve), b§ mat hoac sketch. Tao cac thong s6 goc quay. Bao g6m cac chu’c nang lga chon + Theta

+ Theta Mid Plane + To Reference + To Closest Tao goc Draft Angle.

Thay d6i tfnh nang cua d6i tu’gng. * Tao Revolve Solid :

Kich chuot vao hop thoai Theta chon Theta Mid Plane. Chon OK.

3 - To Closest

Chon d6i t^gng. Chon true quay

Chon doi tuong Chon true

Kich chuot vao hop thoai Theta chon To Closest Active.

Kich chuot vao mui ten d! chon huang.

Thay d6i hop thoai One side thanh Both side.

Chon d6i t^gng. Chon true quay.

Kich chuot vao hop thoai Theta chon To Reference. Kich vao mui ten d! chon hu’dng.

Chon bd mat. Chon OK.

4 Chon d^ang cong kin 2D (Composite curve), bd mat hoac sketch. RevolveRemove

Tao cac thong s6 goc quay. Bao gdm cac chu’c nang lga chon + Theta

+ Theta Mid Plane + To Reference + To Closest Tao goc Draft Angle.

Thay d6i tfnh nang cua d6i tu’gng. * Tao Remove Revolve

1 - Theta

Chon d6i t^gng. Chon true quay

Chon hop thoai Theta, chon Both side va nhap cac gia trj Theta va Opposite Theta nhu* d^ai day :

2 - Theta Mid Plane

Chon d6i t^gng. Chon truc quay.

Wch chuot vao hop thoai Theta chon Theta Mid Plane.

Nhap gia trj theta la 130. Chon Ok.

3 - To Closest Chon d6i t^gng Chon

truc quay

Kich chuot vao hop thoai To Reference chon To Closest Active, Chon OK.

4 - To Reference

Chon d6i tuang. Chon true quay.

Kich chuot vao hop thoai To Closest Active chon To Reference :

Chon bd mat. Chon OK.

5.5 New Drive/ Add Drive ^

Dun bien dang kin doc theo mot duang dan Lga chon duang cong kfn 2D (Composite curve) hoac sketch.

Lga chon duang cong composite va chon cac thong s6 cua Drive. Thay ddi dac tmh cua d6i tugng.

* Tao New Drive/ Add Drive :

Chon duang cong km.

Lga chon tidp duang cong Composite.

Chon hop thoai Parallel, chon OK.

Nlu chon hop thoai Normal, chon OK. Clt kh6i theo d^ang din

Lga chon du’ang cong km 2D (Composite curve) hoac sketch. Lga chon du’ang cong composite va chon cac thong s6 cua Drive. Thay ddi dac tmh cua d6i tagng.

* Tao New Drive/ Add Drive :

Chon d6i tagng :

Chon daang cong composite :

Chon chu’c nang Parallel, hoac Normal

* Chon cac canh :

Chon Smooth Chain On

Hoac chon Smooth Chain Off.

* Chon cac dTnh :

Chon Smooth Chain On.

Chon Smooth Chain Off; chon be mat Nhip gia trj Global value = 5

Nhip cac thong so d^ai day va OK

5.7.3 Remove & Extend

Loai bo cac canh goc da ve tron vi goc gip; hoac keo dai dinh chop cut Kich chuot chon bi mat cin remove.

* Cac be mat khong ke nhau (Adjacent Face) :

Chon bi mat th^ nhit. Wch chuot gi&a d! chip nhan l^a chon Chon mat phlng thu* 2. Wch chuot gifta d! chip nhin l^a chon.

Chon cac canh cin vat, nhap vao khoang vat, goc vat va chon OK. Chon symmetric ndu mu6n canh vat d6i xu’ng

Chon Angle ndu thidt lap do dai va goc vat. Hu’dng vat thay ddi blng ch^c nang

Tteh trai chuot dl chuyln l^a chon Composite curve thanh neutral Plane ndu mu6n tao mat nghieng so vdi mat liy chuln

Chon mat phlng thu 2 (La bi mat cin nghieng). Wch chuot gi&a d! chip nhin lga chon.

+ Nhip goc va chon OK

5.7.6 Shell - Tao thanh mdng cho khoi ^3

+ Chon khii cin tao thanh mong . Wch chuot gi&a d! chip nhin lga chon + Chon bi mat ma . Kich chuot gi&a d! chip nhin lga chon.

+ Chon h^dng tao thanh mong (Inside, out side, boths side), nhip bi day thanh va chon OK

Co th! tao cac bi day khac nhau bing lga chon “Non-Uniform”, sau do chon cac bi mat cin dat bi day
