K t qu nghiên c u cho th y nhăh ng c a s nh n th c h tr t doanh nghi p, s kiênăc ng và s s n lịng s d ng cơng ngh c a nhân viên lên thành qu làm vi c và s hài lịng v i cơng vi c khi làm vi c nhà. M c dù nghiên c uăđưăđ tăđ c m t s k t qu nh tăđ nh tuy nhiên v n không th khôngăđ c păđ n các h n ch mà nghiên c u g p ph i. Th nh t, các gi thuy t nghiên c u ch đ c ki măđnh v iăđ iăt ng là nh ng nhân viên chuyên nghi p (professionals) hay nhà qu n lý có ngh nghi p thích h păđ làm vi c t i nhà trong th i gian giãn cách xã h iătrongăcácăl nhăv cănh ă công ngh thơng tin, tài chính ngân hàng, s n xu t,ăt ăv n, giáo d c, d ch v và du l ch. Các nghiên c u ti p theo có th m r ng ra nhi u ngành ngh khácăđ k t qu có th t ngăquátăh n. M t y u t khác có th liênăquanăđ n k t qu là tình tr ng gia đìnhăc aăđ iăt ng kh o sát. Trong m u d li uăcóăđ nă64%ăđ iăt ngăcịnăđ c thân nên có th ít ch u áp l căh nănh ngăng iăđangăcóăgiaăđìnhăriêng.ăDoăv y, các nghiên c u ti p theo có th cân đ i m uătheoăquotaăđ khámăpháăvaiătròăđi u ti t c a tình tr ngăgiaăđìnhăđ i v i các m i quan h đ c ki măđ nh.
