Objectives: Students understand the basic concepts and gain the basic skill in Information Technology project administration: processes, methods and techniques. Students master the basic techniques in Project Administration: Planning, Risks Manadgement, Quality Asurance, Change Management, Human resource management, Agile project management.
After finishing this module, students will be able to:
Understand the basic concepts and gain the basic skills in Information Technology project Administration
Develop a plan, estimate the costs and resources needed to implement the Information Technology project
Understand the process of reporting, controlling, making decisions, change management in the IT project implementation.
Use common tools to apply in IT project management.
Initially have skills in teamwork and management skills.

Mục tiêu; Học phần này cung cấp khái niệm, kỹ năng, trải nghiệm trong việc xây dựng quan hệ và phân công công việc khi làm việc nhóm trong môi trường Nhà trường/Cơ quan cũng như Xã hội. Học phần này cũng cung cấp cho sinh viên các khái niệm, kỹ năng thực hành, hướng phát triển và tự rèn luyện các kỹ năng có liên quan mật thiết đến phát triển nghề nghiệp của Sinh viên bao gồm: giao tiếp phi ngôn từ, dự tuyển và trả lời phỏng vấn, đàm phán trong giao dịch kinh tế, thuyết trình báo cáo, quản lý thời gian của bản thân, phát triển văn hóa hợp tác và tranh biện giả quyết vấn đề.
Objectives: This module provides concepts, skills, experiences in building relationships and assigning tasks when working in groups in the School / Agency as well as Society environment. This module also provides students with concepts, practical skills, developmental direction and self-training skills that are closely related to Student's professional development including: nonverbal communication, recruiting and interviewing, negotiating in economic transactions, reporting presentations, managing their own time, developing collaborative culture and arguing about issues.
