2. Cài đặt và cấu hình trình duyệt web
2.1 Cài đặt: MS IE, Mozilla Firefox
Cài đặt Internet Explorer
Đầu tiên (kích hoạt windows): Nếu dùng windows không có bản quyền thì hãy cho đĩa CD1 của bộ cài WMC vào ổ CD-Rom, rồi vào Folder CRACK, sau đó nhấp chuột chọn File CRACK. EXE, cuối cùng bạn nhấn vào Patch trong cửa sổ mới hiện ra. Còn nếu bạn dùng windows có bản quyền thì vào Start, vào Program File, vào System Tool, rồi chọn Activation Windows, sau đó bạn hãy lần lượt làm theo các bước mà chương trình đưa ra (bạn phải kết nối internet). Tiếp theo: Bạn hãy vào website
http://download.microsoft.com/download/f/3/b/f3b88a15-2c80-4898- 85fb-db7975f2e0da/ie7beta2-windowsxp-x86-enu.exe (12M) để tải bộ cài đặt của trình duyệt web này. Cuối cùng: bạn hãy vào tập tin vừa tải về và tiến hành cài đặt theo các bước mà chương trình đưa ra.
Cài đặt Mozilla Firefox
Đầu tiên vào địa chỉ >>> http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/
Đợi một chút sẽ hiện ra bảng sau và ấn nút save
Chọn save tiếp tục

Bây giờ ta có thể sử dụng Mozilla Firefox để vào các trang web bình thường giống như Internet Explorer
Mozilla Firefox có chức năng xem nhiều trang web cùng trên một cửa sổ trình duyệt, người ta gọi đó là các tab

Để có thể mở thêm một tab mới để xem thêm các trang khác, ấn tổ hợp phím Ctrl+T hoặc chọn trên menu của Firefox File -> New Tab

Quá trình cài đặt kết thúc thì bạn có thể dùng trình duyệt Mozzila Firefox để vào Internet.
