- Cho đến đây, luận văn đã hoàn thành được các mục tiêu đặt ra, đó là nghiên cứu các framework nhận biết ngữ cảnh hướng service và dựa ontology. Từ những nghiên cứu đó, luận văn cũng đã đềxuất một giải pháp để đưa những mô hình trênứng dụng vào bài toán hướng dẫn du lịch.
-Trong tương lai, tác giả sẽtiếp tục nghiên cứu và hoàn thiện thêm giải pháp để từ đó đưa vào thực tế, xây dựng một hệ thống hướng dẫn du lịch hoàn thiện. Đề thực hiện được điều đó, tác giảsẽtiếp tục nghiên cứu vềcác vấn đềsau:
+ Nghiên cứu và mở rộng các thông tin vềngữcảnh người dùng, đặc biệt là các thông tin ngữcảnh xã hội như: bạn bè, ngườithân,…
+ Hoàn thiện hơn các dịch vụ ngữnghĩa, nghiên cứu tối ưu hóa dữliệu tra0 đổi khi gọi các dịch vụngữnghĩa.
+Xây dựng công cụ biên soạn tri thức du lịch ngữnghĩa. Công cụnày sẽhỗtrợ các biên tập viên trong việc cập nhật, biên soạn những tri thức ngữ nghĩa về một địa điểm, sựkiện,…
