- Give ss some cards with inorder letters on them - Asks ss to reorder them into meaningful words

- Asks ss to recall the conversation between Nga and her grandma then asks:

- Asks ss to use “Used to” to make questions and answers 5’

- Asks ss to compare two pictures on p.40, using "used to"to talk about the actions in the past and present simple to talk about the actions now

- Eelicit some ideas so that ss can talk about them

Activity 3: Post speaking:

- First, teacher asks ss to talk about the things used to last year

Eg : Last year I used to stay up late Now , I don't stay up late.etc

- The teacher asks ss to write at least sentences about the things they used to last year

- T goes round the class , takes notes and corrects ss' mistakes
