(1)(2)Today the English occupied the most important position in the foreign relations of the world English to help our research, communicate with foreigners in many areas So people learn to master the language skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing Implementation of programs for English Language Secondary School was compiled from the viewpoint of communication, as the formation and development of communication skills: Listening - Speaking - Reading - Writing is the ultimate goal of the teaching process , teaching and learning of English in schools aim to help students with the ability to use English as a communication tool used for periodic basic level and relatively proficient in the forms: Listening – Speaking Reading -Writing, towards the formation of English proficiency easily and effectively in everyday conversations To achieve that goal, we could not teach vocabulary and grammar for students, there are many grammatical categories to day for junior high school students, but my favorite one is the "Teaching the passive voice for students in grade "it will make a prerequisite for the program in the 9th grade and the year after that That is why I write this topic
II CONTENTS: 1 Background theory:
Innovation teaching methods aim to respect the school, the student is considered to be active owners and encourage active learning activities, initiative and creativity in the teaching process In other words, innovative teaching methods is the process of moving from teacher presentation methods, analyze language - Game hear and record the new method: the teacher as facilitator, helping learning activities students, students who actively participate in the learning activities New teaching methods will best promote the role holder, proactive, positive train students in language skills for practical purposes and creativity This was confirmed in Resolution TW VIII: "Innovation education and training methods, overcoming the way to convey a way, practicing a creative mindset of learners, gradually apply the method advanced methods and modern teaching facilities in the teaching process, to ensure conditions and time study, self-study for students "

2 Basis reality:
Most students understand and use good grammar structures to homework and develop skills: Listening - say - read - write but still some of them the ability to acquire all slow, weak, poor Some children are understanding but not good when applied, are also forgetting, remembering wrong or just use the basic form of articles, while improving, expanding the children to feel and trouble

III The rules of changing into passive voice: Determination of S , V , O in the initiative
2 The object (O) of the active is the subject (S) of the passive
3 Putting the verb to be into the same tenseas the active verb and adding the past participle of the active
4 The subject of the active verb become the ‘agent’of the passive verb The agent is very often not mentioned When it is mentioned it is preceded by by and placed at the end of the clause

1 S of the active is the pronouns ( he, she, you, they, we ) and some words: someone, somebody, anyone, anybody, everyone, everybody, is omitted by O in the passive , if not stated agent
Ex: Someone has sent me the flowers. I have been sent the flowers

5 Note that in theory a sentence containing a direct and an indirectobject, such as: He sent me a postcard Could have two passive forms:

The first of these is much the more usual.

After the verb need + V-ing the sentence is passive meaning (Or need + to be + PP)

After making teaching " passive sentence " for students in grades through 45 -minute tests have obtained the following results :

IV CONCLUTION:
English - Course helps us to increasingly integrate into the modern world The language proficiency at a basic level in secondary schools will help high school students to learn better and can get a good job after graduation Compared with previous years, the situation of English teaching has many positive, paying special attention to training for students four skills: Listening -speaking – reading - writing and the teaching of grammar also indispensable, not be underestimated So teachers are always positive, proactive innovative teaching methods, explore, creative ways of organizing teaching to suit each student subjects and teaching conditions in the locality But there are still many aspects need to discuss further measures to be feasible on the basis of theoretical as well as practical experience of teaching to better, more effective
The content that I presented above is just the experience itself, the narrow scope of the study, briefly, so little documentation will definitely flawed But for the purpose of improving the quality of education, I hope this subject can contribute little teaching experience We hope to receive many valuable comments from friends and colleagues
(20)- Schools and Education room should have adequate investment in infrastructure and teaching facilities to meet the increasing requirements in the education towards innovation today
- Teachers must prepare carefully for your lesson by mastering the content, the focus of the lesson knowledge, scientific editor of exercises on PowerPoint, and combined with the teaching tips reason to bring effective higher education
- Students must promote positive elevation of the children in the study, practice, have voluntarily participated in practice is not afraid of making mistakes The preparation of the students is also essential as: School of sentence structure and usage, memorize words, compose new words, reading suggestions in textbooks, homework
