Work life balance of agribank head office staff The dissertation focuses on understanding and evaluating good individuals that affect the worklife balance of employees working at the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank). A number of important factors include organizational support, flexible work arrangements, technological advancement, job stress, and communication with employees about the issues in the workplace. The effect of these factors on the worklife balance will be quantified with the primary data collected through questionnaires and they are sent to staff working in the HO of Agribank. The measurement are done through a linear regression model that will help to find statistically significant impacts of these factors on the worklife balance and to determined the factor that has the greatest impact on the worklife balance.
