Best regards, PART 2: In Viet Nam, people usually use their own car to go to work or study that causes some of traffic issues So, one possible solution to this problem is to impose heavy tax and allocate fund for improving public transportation Besides, there are much debating on this issue because it’s has positive and negative sides also And I will discuss them in details I would like to mention the first benefit, according to a number of reasons, charging personal car owners with high tax could reduce pollutions as well as congestion Due to the heavy taxes, people would use public cars instead of private cars Therefore, the number of cars is reduced thus the air quality will improve Moreover, less cars would lead to a drop in the number of accidents on the road Especially, the funds can be used improving not only public cars but also for the roads On the other hand, there are drawbacks to such a solution Using public transportation can make people feel uncomfortable, for example car sick What’s more, people who live in the rural areas or countryside is lack of public transportation, so using private cars is the only way for them Finally, the reduction in car sales will affect on the automobile industry which employs tens of thousands of people In conclusion, imposing heavy taxes on private vehicles will take traffic transportation futher to the best but this change has difficulty need to tackle
