thể vẽ This Specification describes the standards, performance, materials, manufacture, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of all systems described in this document and shown on the Drawings Các đặc điểm kỹ thuật vẽ thể mục đích thiết kế đặc điểm hiệu để phù hợp với mục đích sử dụng nhà thầu phụ loại vật tư thiết bị nhà thầu phụ chọn phê duyệt Quản lý dự án Việc vận hành hệ thống an toàn hiệu nhà thầu phụ hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm The Sub-Contract specification and drawings fundamentally show a design intent and a performance specification to be met by the Sub-Contractor using makes and types of equipment and materials selected by him and approved by the Project Manager The performance and safe operation of the system shall be the full responsibility of the SubContractor Nhà thầu phụ phải cung cấp tồn nhân cơng, cơng tác quản lý, vật tư, dụng cụ, thiết bị, kho bãi, giấy phép, giấy chứng nhận, vẽ, công việc tạm thời, công tác giám furnish all labour, superintendent, materials, tools, equipment, storage, permits, certificates, drawings, temporary work, inspection, testing and all accessories, auxiliaries and incidentals necessary to complete the Sub-Contract Works in a proper, safe thorough and skillful manner to the satisfaction of the Project Manager Tất chi tiết nội dung yêu cầu phần coi phần bổ sung cho yêu cầu requirements of the relevant sections of the Main Contract Preliminaries and the SubContract Preambles In the case of any conflict/contradiction between the requirements of this Specification and the Main Contract Preliminaries, the requirements of the Main Contract Preliminaries and Sub-Contract Preambles shall take precedence Trong trường hợp có mâu thuẫn yêu cầu phần đặc điểm vẽ, nhà thầu phụ Danh mục Giá Cả Sub-Contract: shall mean the documents forming the tender and acceptance thereof, together with the documents referred to therein including the Conditions of Sub-Contract, Standard and sơ hợp đồng thầu phụ bao gồm tồn vần đề thịết thực cho cơng trình Nhà Thầu Phụ chi trả Works: All plant, equipment, material and labour to be provided and work to be done by the Sub-Contractor as required and shown, indicated and/or described in the SubContract Documents including all utilities required for the work at the Sub-Contractor’s expense Cơ quan thẩm quyền: Cán nhà nước quan thẩm quyền có quyền thi hành công vụ liên quan đến công việc Cơng trình hệ thống có liên quan liên hệ thường xuyên hay tạm thời Authority/Authorities: Government or statutory bodies who have any installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of the complete Fire Protection Installation including all work and material necessary to accomplish this complete installation The scope of work hereinafter described more fully and as shown on the Sub-Contract Drawings, also including such minor works as are necessary for the proper carrying out of the installation and operation of the systems, whether or not such works are specifically called for in the Specification and Sub-Contract Drawings Sự phối hợp liên hệ ngành Co-ordination & liaison between trades Nhà thầu phụ phải liên Sub-Contractors and tradesmen who will be carrying out other trades on the site including all trades within the scope of the Sub-Contract works, prior to the commencement of actual installations, so as to ensure that the works of all trades will be co-ordinated No claims shall be entertained for expenses arising from compliance with this clause Các dịch vụ điện cho tòa nhà bao gồm hạng mục sau: thực công việc đường ống, hộp gen hay phịng máy, nhà thầu phải có trách nhiệm chừa khoảng trống cần thiết cho công việc hay công việc thực tương lai địa điểm đường ống, phịng máy, trần treo hay khoảng khơng khác… All materials and equipments are to be installed in the correct sequence to ensure that all services may be accommodated Where works by other trades are to occupy the same pipe, duct or plant-room space the Sub-Contractor shall take care to leave clear access for sequential or future provision of these services within shafts, plant rooms, suspended ceilings and voids Project: Estella hướng dẫn Quản lý dự án The arrangement of the various equipment and associated services shown on the SubContract Drawings are indicative only The Sub-Contractor shall set out the specific materials and equipment to be provided, to fit in with the latest available information on the building construction details The Sub-Contractor shall coordinate the requirements of other services and equipment thiết bị thị cảnh báo phải nằm tầm quan sát nơi nhiều người thường tiếp cận The setting out and design shall be in accordance with best engineering and trade practice and that of the various equipment and systems shall be such as to allow for proper operation and ease in servicing and maintenance of the installation All controls and operating devices shall be readily accessible; and indicating and Sub-Contractor's guarantee for the SubContract Works shall extend for a period of 12 months as indicated in the Main Contract Conditions from the Date of the Completion Certificate The guarantee, in xuất bổ nhiệm cho chủ đầu tư In the event that any manufacturers’ guarantees are still within their term of validity at the Date of Completion for the works, then all such manufacturers’ guarantees shall automatically be assigned to the Employee All subsequent rights and liabilities under the manufacturers’ guarantees shall be the Employers Trong trường hợp có vấn đề đề cập đến đặc điểm kỹ thuật anything described in the Specification or shown in the Sub-Contract Drawings, being, in the Sub-Contractor’s opinion, unsuitable or inconsistent with his guarantee or responsibilities, the
