CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION

1 Meaning of apprenticeship

Dong Nai University is one of the universities with the oldest education in Dong Nai province with a large team of teachers, enthusiastic and dedicated to students The teaching staff is always dedicated to teaching students Every year, Dong Nai University in general and the Department of Foreign Languages in particular organize internship programs for final year students to create conditions for students to have the opportunity to apply what they have learned at school in practice Moreover, the professional internship program also helps students improve their abilities and orient their future careers

Internship period provides students with an opportunity to gain valuable experience such as learn about how the organization sustains and the beneficial activities of a company This is a great time to get to know and learn in a new environment, have the opportunity to meet new people, create many new relationships moreover for me this internship is not only an opportunity to learn new skills but also an opportunity to improve myself as well as an opportunity to define future work.For a few students, sometimes they consider it a boring time, and not very important However, the rest still consider this a good time to develop themselves in a completely new environment

2 Content of the internship

I'm an intern at a limited liability corporation nght now A limited liability company called Toan Tre refers to the business My internship lasted for roughly 8 weeks, from April 24 until the beginning of June I worked as an intern in a support job for the company's office work for the first eight weeks of my apprenticeship I understand the process of checking the number of orders going every day, the process of checking orders by region and the fastest way to check the parameters At each stage of preparation, we must first use many different skills, not only taking notes but also applying many guest skills In addition, interns also have the opportunity to interact with work in the most practical way possible, this is an important factor to become an office worker

Finally, an apprenticeship teaches students how to accept responsibility for their actions and how to modify their viewpoints and attitudes At work, mistakes are

possible, but what really matters is that you've taken something away from the experience that will help you in the future The goal of the graduate internship is to use practice to enhance one's grasp of professional work, get in-depth knowledge of particular professions and positions within the internship agency, strengthen opinions, and in still a greater feeling of responsibility at work

After this 2 month internship I have drawn a lot of experience as well as achieved some results beyond my expectations After doing an internship, I think the first result

it brings is to help me gain the opportunity to cultivate practical knowledge, the second 1s to know how to allocate time and manage time in the best way This is also an opportunity to do your first lesson in time management Exactly what Mr.Nam taught that time management is extremely important and helps me a lot in the process of working in the community

During the file implementation process at the company, because | was a trainee, I was given priority to come half an hour after the company's fixed working hours, my first impression when I came to work at the company was to receive Very enthusiastic help from the brothers and sisters in the office, everyone is very dedicated to guide

One of the biggest results that I received after the internship is that my communication skills have improved significantly after the internship, before when I was communicating, I was quite self-conscious and didn't know how to speak: speak clearly and confidently, but after practice I have become more confident

As a result, starting with the first job instruction, I had to closely watch the entire work process Fortunately, I have the chance to take part in the day-to-day activities of working with the sales team so that ] can comprehend and benefit from my colleagues -After eight weeks of an internship, it is incredibly helpful to observe and pick up tips from others in the sales department because everyone has specific responsibilities there Being an intern at this department, my major duty in the first two weeks is to observe and keep track of orders for modest jobs

- I didn't take on a lot of duties in the first two weeks I literally just do easy, inexpensive duties like cleaning the office, counting the amount of goods in a particular order, creating paperwork, and entering data into the system effort

-My start time is 7:30 am, but I always come 30 minutes early for a variety of reasons, including time management training and to eat breakfast I can eat breakfast at my lunch break when I go to school, but when I go to work, I always make the decision to eat breakfast early to prevent interfering with work When I originally started working

at the company, there were just a few people in the office

» Practice

- The two-month apprenticeship gave me a better understanding of what a professional workplace is like Each phase, from preparation to duty completion, has a distinct goal and calls for a certain set of abilities and attitudes Finally I felt ready to put what | had learnt from my followers and coworkers into practice after two weeks

of observation
