4.2 Impact from the Covid-19 pandemic
Covid-19 has created major disruption in the packaging sector due to lockdown measures, travel restrictions, and workforce shortages The main product of the Packaging Factory of PV Building company is agricultural packaging The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a setback in agricultural production; therefore, the output of the product is affected accordingly According to the mentor of the factory - who introduced the factory in Hoi An tour, during the Covid-19 pandemic they had to lay off a lot of employees because there was not enough money to maintain a large number of workers in the factory
