socio-economic development strategy Nearly 80 countries, accounting for 40% of the world's population, have been in serious water shortages since the mid-1990s About 1.1 billion people not have safe water Our country is in the process of speeding up the process of industrialization modernization with increasing speed Export-processing zones shall be newly built and expanded to develop economic
