and qualitative research method Sarantakos (2013) to evaluate exactly the problems that the students faced in writing skill 3.1 Instruments According to Cambridge dictionary "questionaire is a list of questions that several people are asked so that information can be collected about something" A questionnaire was sent to students through the survey link This is a useful tool to help the writer to survey the right subject in a certain period of time In the questionnaire, a number of questions are used to evaluate the degree of difficulty that students faced in the writing process Participants
