(Myriapoda), ngành chân khớp (Arthropoda) bao gồm Geophilomorpha, Scolopendromorpha, Lithobiomorpha, Scutigeromorpha, Craterostigmomorpha Devonobiomorpha Trong Devonobiomorpha tuyệt chủng, Craterostigmomorpha chưa phát thấy Việt Nam [94] Đa số loài thuộc lớp Chân mơi động vật ăn thịt, chúng có vai trò quan trọng hệ sinh thái đất: tham gia phân giải chất hữu cơ, quay vòng vật chất lượng, góp phần cân hệ sinh thái… Ngồi ra, nọc số lồi lồi thuộc lớp Chân mơi cịn có giá trị thực tiễn dùng để chữa số loại bệnh theo y học dân gian, sử dụng làm thuốc giảm đau [4], [137] Trên giới, lớp Chân môi đối tượng nghiên cứu nhiều với cơng trình cơng bố tập trung việc tìm hiểu đa dạng lồi, nghiên cứu mối quan hệ phát sinh chủng loại đơn vị phân loại lớp Chân môi ứng dụng thực tiễn hoạt chất sinh học từ nọc số lồi thuộc lớp Chân mơi Hiện nay, giới xác định khoảng 3.000 lồi thuộc lớp Chân mơi xếp vào 24 họ, Theo ước tính, có 8.000 lồi có tự nhiên [74], [94] Ở Việt Nam, nghiên cứu lớp Chân mơi cịn hạn chế, với kết rời rạc, không hệ thống, dẫn liệu phân bố loài chưa đầy đủ, chủ yếu tác giả nước ngồi cơng bố Cho đến nay, xác định lớp Chân môi Việt Nam có 73 lồi phân lồi thuộc 27 giống, 13 họ, Đặc biệt, có 23 loài phân loài gặp Việt Nam, với nhiều loài ghi nhận địa điểm [124], [118], [125] Vì vậy, cần phải có nghiên cứu cách hệ thống đầy đủ thành phần lồi lớp Chân mơi Việt Nam Vùng Tây Bắc, Việt Nam vùng núi cao chạy từ Tây Bắc sang Đơng Nam, có dãy Hồng Liên Sơn trải dài 180km, từ biên giới Trung Quốc đến Vạn Yên với nhiều đỉnh núi cao 3.000 m so với mặt nước biển, xen kẽ dãy núi cao có cao nguyên đá vôi chạy từ Phong Thổ đến Thanh Hoá, lượn theo dãy núi cao hệ thống sông suối dày đặc Với đa dạng địa hình, với đặc điểm khí hậu, thủy văn… tạo cho khu vực đa dạng sinh cảnh, nhiều rừng viet.nam(Luan.an.tien.si).nghien.cuu.thanh.phan.loai.va.dac.diem.phan.bo.cua.lop.chan.moi.(chilopoda).o.tay.bac viet.nam Tây Bắc đánh giá trung tâm đa dạng sinh học nước ta, với 3.800 lồi thực vật bậc cao có mạch, 900 lồi động vật có xương sống, 1.400 lồi động vật khơng xương sống (cơn trùng, động vật đáy, giun đất, nhện) Trong có hàng trăm lồi động vật, thực vật thuộc diện đặc hữu quý [11], [12] Tuy nhiên, giống nghiên cứu thành phần lồi lớp Chân mơi Việt Nam nói chung, nghiên cứu thành phần lồi lớp Chân mơi Tây Bắc chưa biết đến nhiều Theo thống kê Tran et al (2013), thành phần loài lớp Chân môi vùng Tây Bắc ghi nhận loài, thuộc giống, họ [124] Tuy nhiên, kết chưa thể hết đa dạng lớp Chân môi khu vực Mặt khác, dẫn liệu phân bố lồi thuộc lớp Chân mơi cịn hạn chế Các nghiên cứu thông tin mẫu vật thu vị trí, độ cao, sinh cảnh, thời gian thu mẫu… mà chưa có phân tích cách hệ thống phân bố loài theo sinh cảnh, theo dải độ cao, theo mùa Với lý chúng tơi thực đề tài: “Nghiên cứu thành phần lồi đặc điểm phân bố lớp Chân môi (Chilopoda) Tây Bắc, Việt Nam” MỤC TIÊU NGHIÊN CỨU Mục tiêu đề tài xác định thành phần lồi đặc điểm phân bố lớp Chân mơi (Chilopoda) vùng Tây Bắc, Việt Nam làm sở khoa học cho công tác bảo tồn đa dạng sinh học nguồn tài nguyên NỘI DUNG NGHIÊN CỨU Nghiên cứu đa dạng lồi lớp Chân mơi vùng Tây Bắc, Việt Nam Mô tả đặc điểm định loại xây dựng khóa định loại lồi
