Team 01 The National Assembly of Vietnam 1.Position The Parliament of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is the supreme legislative institution of Great Britain and its overseas territories Parliament is the sole institution with ultimate power over all other political institutions within the United Kingdom and its overseas territories British parliament whose primary function is to legislate Parliament is made up of three central elements: The House of Commons The House of Lords The Monarchy Structures and Committees 2.1 Structures The British Parliament establishes a bicameral system of the Senate and the House of Commons with the number of delegates: the Senate has 1885 people, the House of Commons has 635 delegates 2.1.1 The Senate In England, the upper house, also known as the Senate, consists of the new great nobility, not elected by election, but elected by the great bourgeoisie Senior sergeants are aristocrats with the rank of earl or higher who are passed on from father to son, British prime ministers expire, some royals are appointed by councils or incumbent religious leaders The main legislative function of the upper house is to study and consider draft laws of the lower house The Senate serves as the highest court of appeal Normally, the senate does not have the power to prevent bills from becoming official law if the lower house insists on its opinion 2.1.2 The House of Commons 32 GROUP.ASSIGNMENT.THE.FUNDAMENTALS.OF.LAWS.TOPIC.THE.NATIONAL.ASSEMBLY.OF.VIETNAMGROUP.ASSIGNMENT.THE.FUNDAMENTALS.OF.LAWS.TOPIC.THE.NATIONAL.ASSEMBLY.OF.VIETNAMGROUP.ASSIGNMENT.THE.FUNDAMENTALS.OF.LAWS.TOPIC.THE.NATIONAL.ASSEMBLY.OF.VIETNAMGROUP.ASSIGNMENT.THE.FUNDAMENTALS.OF.LAWS.TOPIC.THE.NATIONAL.ASSEMBLY.OF.VIETNAMGROUP.ASSIGNMENT.THE.FUNDAMENTALS.OF.LAWS.TOPIC.THE.NATIONAL.ASSEMBLY.OF.VIETNAMGROUP.ASSIGNMENT.THE.FUNDAMENTALS.OF.LAWS.TOPIC.THE.NATIONAL.ASSEMBLY.OF.VIETNAMGROUP.ASSIGNMENT.THE.FUNDAMENTALS.OF.LAWS.TOPIC.THE.NATIONAL.ASSEMBLY.OF.VIETNAMGROUP.ASSIGNMENT.THE.FUNDAMENTALS.OF.LAWS.TOPIC.THE.NATIONAL.ASSEMBLY.OF.VIETNAM GROUP.ASSIGNMENT.THE.FUNDAMENTALS.OF.LAWS.TOPIC.THE.NATIONAL.ASSEMBLY.OF.VIETNAMGROUP.ASSIGNMENT.THE.FUNDAMENTALS.OF.LAWS.TOPIC.THE.NATIONAL.ASSEMBLY.OF.VIETNAMGROUP.ASSIGNMENT.THE.FUNDAMENTALS.OF.LAWS.TOPIC.THE.NATIONAL.ASSEMBLY.OF.VIETNAMGROUP.ASSIGNMENT.THE.FUNDAMENTALS.OF.LAWS.TOPIC.THE.NATIONAL.ASSEMBLY.OF.VIETNAMGROUP.ASSIGNMENT.THE.FUNDAMENTALS.OF.LAWS.TOPIC.THE.NATIONAL.ASSEMBLY.OF.VIETNAMGROUP.ASSIGNMENT.THE.FUNDAMENTALS.OF.LAWS.TOPIC.THE.NATIONAL.ASSEMBLY.OF.VIETNAMGROUP.ASSIGNMENT.THE.FUNDAMENTALS.OF.LAWS.TOPIC.THE.NATIONAL.ASSEMBLY.OF.VIETNAMGROUP.ASSIGNMENT.THE.FUNDAMENTALS.OF.LAWS.TOPIC.THE.NATIONAL.ASSEMBLY.OF.VIETNAM Plan Report - Team 01 The National Assembly of Vietnam The way the House of Commons is established in the UK is elected by representatives of classes in the population and the people, so it is also known as the House of Representatives Initially, the powers of the House of Commons and the House of Commons are limited Nearly half of the Deputies are elected from "ruined towns" Those are the areas with very few inhabitants, often elected and elected according to the will of the landlord When the land is sold, the new owner replaces the old owner as a Member of Parliament Parliamentary seats are bought and sold again and again Voting ballots are also bought and sold The multi-party system in the UK is a two-party system Through the nomination of their candidates for election to the House of Commons, the two bourgeois parties alternately dominated the parliament The main function of the House of Representatives is to pass major laws, undertakings, and policies on the economy, society, politics, domestic and foreign affairs, and supervise the activities of the government Therefore, we can see that the bicameral structure of the UK is an unbalanced bicameral, power is concentrated in the lower house 2.2 Committees Much of the work of the House of Commons and the House of Lords takes place in committees, made up of around 10 to 50 MPs or Lords These committees examine issues in detail, from government policy and proposed new laws, to wider topics like the economy Types of committees: General Committees (including Public Bill Committees) Public Bill Committees [PBCs] Delegated Legislation Committees [DLCs] Second Reading Committees Other General Committees ( General Committees have also been created to debate matters in specific countries or regions of the UK, such as the Scottish Grand Committee, the Welsh Grand Committee, the Northern Ireland Grand Committee.)
