ngày ký Nếu ngừng hợp tác phải gửi thơng tin văn để thơng báo bên cịn lại trước 30 ngày This cooperation lasts within year from the date of signing If any party wants to stop cooperation, they needs phụ trách hiệu chuẩn thiết bị cho bên B bên B có đơn hàng hiệu chuẩn Việt Nam Party A is responsble for calibrating equipment for Party B if Party B has calibration orders in Vietnam Đối với hợp đồng thương mại hai bên chủ động thực hiện, trùng khách hàng ưu tiên bên trước bên thực For their commercial contracts, if they have the same customers, the priority is used for the first Party Bên B toàn quyền sử dụng hình ảnh, nhận diện, loại giấy chứng nhận bên A trình làm việc, marketing, update lên website in ấn file kẹp, hợp đồng, form mẫu… Part B has total rights to use Party A’s images, Bên B hưởng 30% lợi nhuận đơn hàng (gồm HH khách có) For each order, after deducting corporate income tax 20% on the orders’ sales, Party A receives 70% and Party B receives 30% its benefit (including Điều Điều khoản chung Article General Terms 5.1 Hợp đồng hiểu chịu điều chỉnh Pháp luật nước Cộng hoà xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam This contract is construed and governed by the Law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam 5.2 Hai bên cam kết thực tất điều khoản cam kết hợp đồng Bên vi phạm hợp đồng gây thiệt hại cho bên (trừ trường hợp bất khả kháng) phải bồi thường tồn thiệt hại xảy chịu phạt vi phạm hợp đồng 10% giá trị hợp đồng đơn hàng Two parties pledge to implement all the contract terms If any Party violates the contract which cause damage to the other (except for case of force
