highest choice score in the student responses was đeuctive methods meaning that the teacher gives an explanation of the grammar rules and then asks the students to the grammar exercises in the textbook  (M=4.6), while the lowest score was for project-based learning that is a form of English learning that requires learners to a project, for example, make a video conversation in English This result shows that students like to be taught through teachers’ speech In terms of test format, students feel that discrete tests involving a part of grammar, reading h
