Luan an Do an 84 giving adequate training to committed teachers so that they can have at least basic understanding about program structures and how to make full use of the program capacity Providing students a relaxing atmosphere and encouraging interaction among them to increase their motivation and to emphasize the beneficial value of elearning success Introducing good course-related materials and encouraging students to make full use of the vocabulary pertinent to speaking practice Revising e-course syllabi carefully to make sure the courses’ objectives are improving students’ speaking skills Enabling students to use UTE’s computer labs outside conventional class time to access e-learning speaking classes with assistance from technicians Promoting teachers to conduct e-learning speaking classes by reducing their regular workload and enforcing reasonable sanction policies Applying blended-learning approach for speaking classes with careful consideration of the ratio between F2F sessions and on-line lessons 5.3 Summary This chapter concludes the study It also gives some practical recommendations on how to apply e-learning in teaching and learning English speaking skill
