Nghiên cứu ảnh hưởng kết hợp của nhiệt độ với một số yếu tố sinh thái lên giáp xác chân chèo (copepoda)

Nội dung đóng góp mới của luận án: 1. Nghiên cứu đã cung cấp thông tin mới về tác động của các yếu tố sinh thái quan trọng như độ mặn, chu kì quang, tia cực tím kết hợp với nhiệt độ đến sinh trưởng và sinh sản của hai loài copepda nhiệt đới Pseododiaptomus incisus và Oithona rigida. Kết quả của nghiên cứu có độ phân giải lớn thể hiện ở sự tác động của các yếu tố trên đến tất cả các giai đoạn của P. incisus và O. rigida và trên các thông số về hiệu quả sinh sản (sức sinh sản; tỷ lệ nở thành công; khả năng sản xuất nauplius). Kết quả của nghiên cứu là những thông tin quan trọng trong kỹ thuật nuôi sinh khối hai loài copepoda P. incisus và O. rigida. 2. Loài P. incisus sinh trưởng tốt nhất trong điều kiện nhiệt độ 26 – 30oC, độ mặn 15 – 20 ppt; chu kì quang 12L:12D và 18L:6D. Hiệu quả sinh sản của P. incisus cao nhất trong điều kiện nhiệt độ 30oC, độ mặn 20ppt, chu kì quang 12L:12D và 18L:6D và UV0 (không có tia cực tím), UVA (bước sóng trong khoảng 350 – 400 nm). 3. Loài O. rigida trưởng tốt nhất trong điều kiện nhiệt độ 26 – 30oC, độ mặn 25 – 30 ppt; chu kì quang 12L:12D và 18L:6D. Hiệu quả sinh sản của O. rigida cao nhất trong điều kiện sinh thái với nhiệt độ 30oC, độ mặn 30ppt, chu kì quang 12L:12D và 18L:6D và UV0, UVA. 4. Nghiên cứu đã quan sát tác động của ba loài tảo (Chaetoceros muelleri, Isochrysis galbana và Tetraselmis chui) với 3 mức mật độ cho mỗi loài tảo (160; 800 và 1.600 µg carbonL) lên sinh trưởng và hiệu quả sinh sản của hai loài copepoda nhiệt đới P. incisus và O. rigida. Thông tin về nội dung này có ý nghĩa với việc nuôi sinh khối hai loài copepoda P. incisus và O. rigida. Loài P. incisus và O. rigida sinh trưởng và sinh sản tốt hơn khi được ăn tảo Isochrysis galbana và Chaetoceros muelleri với mật độ trong khoảng 800 – 1600 µgCL.

nghiên cứu nuôi trồng hải sản Cam Ranh - Trường Đại học Nha Trang, thời gian từ tháng 5/2019 đến tháng 12/2021 Mục tiêu nghiên cứu đánh giá tác động kết hợp nhiệt độ với yếu tố sinh thái (độ mặn, chế độ chiếu sáng, tia cực tím thức ăn) lên đặc điểm sinh học sinh sản Pseudodiaptomus incisus Oithona rigida Xác định khoảng nhiệt độ độ mặn, chế độ chiếu sáng, tia cực tím, lồi tảo mật độ tảo để P incisus O rigida sinh trưởng sinh sản tốt Nghiên cứu gồm thí nghiệm: Ảnh hưởng nhiệt độ độ mặn (1); nhiệt độ chế độ chiếu sáng (2); nhiệt độ tia cực tím (3); nhiệt độ thức ăn (4) đến thời gian phát triển, kích thước thể tất giai đoạn, sức sinh sản, tỷ lệ nở thành công số nauplii/con sau 30h P incisus, O rigida P incisus O rigida đực trưởng thành thu từ ao lưới có kích thước mắt lưới 200 µm Cam Ranh Copepoda mức nhiệt độ 26, 30 34oC độ mặn theo thí nghiệm Trong thời gian thí nghiệm 1,2,3, P incisus O rigida cho ăn tảo Isochloropsis galbana (30.000 – 35.000 tế bào/ml, tương ứng với 800 µgC/L) điều kiện ánh sáng 12L:12D Mỗi thí nghiệm tiến hành hệ thống nhiệt độ 26, 30 34oC riêng biệt Thí nghiệm (1) gồm 24 nghiệm thức mức nhiệt độ kết hợp mức độ mặn (5 – 40 ppt) với lần lặp/nghiệm thức với loài P incisus 10 lần lặp/nghiệm thức với loài O rigida Thí nghiệm (2) gồm 12 nghiệm thức mức nhiệt độ kết hợp chế độ chiếu sáng với 10 lần lặp Thí nghiệm (3) gồm nghiệm thức mức nhiệt độ kết hợp chế độ tia cực tím với 10 lần lặp Thí nghiệm (4) xem xét ảnh hưởng mức nhiệt độ với loài tảo (I galbana, C muelleri T chui) mật độ (160, 800 1.600 µgC/L) lồi, số lần lặp 10, tổng số nghiệm thức 27 cho loài tảo Các thông số thu thập gồm: thời gian phát triển kích thước giai đoạn; sức sinh sản, tỷ lệ nở thành công số nauplii/con sau 30h, riêng thí nghiệm thu thơng số khả sản xuất nauplii Kết cho thấy kích thước (µm) hai loài Copepoda P incisus O rigida lớn nhiệt độ 26oC Về tác động độ mặn, P incisus cho sinh khối (µgC/cá thể) iv lớn điều kiện 15 – 20 ppt có khác biệt mặt thống kê (P < 0,05) so với mức độ mặn cịn lại Lồi O rigida có kích thước lớn độ mặn 25 – 30 ppt Nghiệm thức cho kết kích thước tốt với loài P incisus O rigida 26oC 15, 20 ppt; 26oC 25, 30 ppt Sức sinh sản P incisus, O rigida cao nhiệt độ tương ứng 26oC 30oC; nghiệm thức cho kết tốt hai loài 26oC 10, 15, 20 ppt; 30oC 35ppt, 26oC 30 ppt Tỷ lệ nở thành công P incisus cao nhiệt độ 34oC, O rigida 26; 30oC Nghiệm thức có tỷ lệ số nauplii/cái sau 30h lớn nghiệm thức đối chứng có thấp nghiệm thức UVA, UVB (P < 0,05) với loài O rigida Kích thước thể đực hai lồi P incisus O rigida có kết lớn nghiệm thức 26oC UV0, UVA P incisus O rigida cho kích thước thể lớn nghiệm thức nhiệt độ 26oC, chế độ ăn tảo I galbana mật độ 800, 1.600 µgC/L Về thơng số sức sinh sản, tỷ lệ nở thành công số nauplii/cái O rigida cho kết tốt chế độ ăn tảo T chui C muelleri với mật độ 800, 1.600 µgC/L Trong loài P incisus kết thông số sinh sản không rõ O rigida số nauplii/ cao nghiệm thức tảo T chui, C muelleri mật độ 800, 1.600 µgC/L Kết nghiên cứu cho thấy nhiệt độ, độ mặn, chế độ chiếu sáng, tia cực tím thức ăn tác động đến hai loài P incisus O rigida Thông tin thông số sinh trưởng sinh sản sở quan trọng cho việc nuôi sinh khối loài P incisus O rigida v ABSTRACT “Combined effects of temperature and some ecological factors on tropical copepods” was conducted at Cam Ranh Aquaculture Research Farm - Nha Trang University, from May 2019 to December 2021 The objective of the study was to determine the performance of Pseudodiaptomus incisus and Oithona rigida under the combined effect of temperature and ecological factors (salinity, photo periods, ultraviolet and food) The temperature and salinity range, lighting regime, ultraviolet, algae species and density were determined for the growth, development and reproduction of P incisus and O rigida The study consisted of experiments: Effects of temperature and salinity (1); temperature and light condions (2); temperature and ultraviolet (3); temperature and food availability (4) to development time, body size of all stages, fecundity, hatching rate and success and number of nauplii/female after 30h of P incisus, O rigida Adult male and female P incisus and O rigida were collected from a pond in Cam Ranh using a 200 µm mesh net Copepods were acclimated to temperatures 26, 30 and 34oC and salinity according to each experiment During the acclimation period and in experiments 1, ,3, P incisus and O rigida were fed with Isochloropsis galbana (30,000 – 35,000 cells/ml, corresponding to 800 µgC/L) under light conditions 12L:12D Experiment (1) consisted of 24 treatments including temperatures combined with salinity levels (5 – 40 ppt) with - 10 replicates Experiment (2) consisted of 12 treatments including temperatures combined with photo periods, each had 10 replicates Experiment (3) consisted of treatments including temperatures combined with UV conditions (UV0, UVA, UVB) with 10 replicates each Experiment (4) examined the effect of temperatures on algae species (I galbana, C muelleri and T chui) and densities (160, 800 and 1,600 µgC/L) in each species The number of replicates was 10, the total number of treatments was 27 for each algae species The response variables were development time and size of stages, fecundity, hatching rate and success and number of nauplii/female after 30h The results showed that the size (µm) of two species of copepod species P incisus and O rigida were largest at 26oC Regarding the effect of salinity, P incisus had greatest biomass (µgC/individual) at 15 - 20 ppt and there was statistical difference (P < 0.05) compared with other salinity levels O rigida was had largest size at salinity of 25 – 30 ppt The treatment with the best size results for P incisus and O rigida species vi was 26oC and 15 - 20 ppt, and 26oC and 25 - 30 ppt, respectively The fecundity of P incisus, O rigida was highest at 26oC and 10, 15, 20 ppt and 30oC and 35ppt, 26oC and 30 ppt respectively.The hatching success of P incisus, O rigida was highest at 34oC and 26oC,30oC respectively The treatment with the highest hatching success in P incisus was 26, 30oC and 10, 15, 20 ppt; at 26oC and 25, 35ppt, 26, 30oC and 30 ppt for O rigida The number of nauplii/female after 30h of P incisus, O rigida was highest at 26oC, the treatments with the highest results in P incisus were 26oC and 20 ppt and with O rigida two treatments at 26oC and 35ppt, 30oC and 30 ppt.The fertility of P incisus was highest in the treatment of 26oC and a photo period of 12L:12D The results showed the highest fertility at 30oC and 18L:6D; 24L:0D for O rigida The hatching success of P incisus was highest in the 26oC treatment and a photo period of 12L:12D The best treatment with O rigida was 30oC and 18L:6D; 24L:0D The number of nauplii/female after 30h of P incisus was highest in the treatment of 26oC and the photo period of 18L:6D a 12L:12D The best treatment with O rigida was 30oC and 18L:6D; 26oC and 0L:24D Male and female sizes; fertility, hatching success of P incisus show no difference between UVA and UV0 treatments In O rigida, fertility and number of nauplii/female after 30h were highest in the control treatment and were lower in the UVA and UVB treatments (P < 0.05) Body size of males and females of two species P incisus and O rigida showed the greatest results in the treatment of 26oC and UV0, UVA P incisus and O rigida both showed the largest body size in the treatment at 26oC, the diet was I galbana at the density of 800, 1,600 µgC/L In terms of fertility parameters, hatching success and number of nauplii/female of O rigida gave better results in the diets of T chui and C muelleri with the density of 800, 1,600 µgC/L While P incisus exhibited this trait not as clearly as O rigida, the number of nauplii/female was still higher in T chui, C muelleri treatment at 800; 1,600 µgC/L The results of this study show that salinity, photo periods, ultraviolet and food had an impact on the
