information on relevant essential characteristics of the product, listed in Table ZA.1 (see below), which are to be declared as classes or values, including "Pass" for pass/fail requirements (where necessary), or as "No performance determined" (i.e NPD) for characteristic(s), where this is relevant: 1) reaction to fire: class and sub-class, according to EN 13501-1, together with: i) for CWFT products: the linked minimum mean density, the minimum overall thickness and the end-use conditions to be applied, and ii) the mounting and fixing conditions, for tested products according to relevant test methods given in EN 13501-1; 2) emission (i.e release) of formaldehyde: class E1 or class E2; 3) emission (i.e content) of pentachlorophenol: PCP ≤ ppm or PCP > ppm; 4) release of other dangerous substances: Substance X, in ppm; (where relevant); 5) breaking strength: maximum load (in kN) and span distance (in mm) (when relevant); NOTE Relevant for self-supporting flooring products only 6) slipperiness: slipperiness value (when relevant); 7) thermal conductivity: value (in W/m K), determined or taken from Table (when relevant); 8) durability: i) without preservative treatment (i.e biological durability): use class according to EN 350-1, or ii) with preservative treatment: use class in accordance with EN 335, wood preservative in accordance with EN 599-2, penetration class in accordance with EN 351-1 and retention of preservative in accordance with EN 351-1 The “No performance determined” (NPD) option may not be used for durability of declared essential characteristics and where the essential characteristic is subject to a threshold level Otherwise, the NPD option may be used when and where the essential characteristic, for a given intended use, is not subject to regulatory requirements in the Member State of destination Figure ZA.1 and Figure ZA.2 give examples of the CE marking to be given on the packaging and/or accompanying commercial documents Figure ZA.1
