documents define the subject of work to be made available to the manufacturer and/or supplier together with the enquiry It shall be recognized that incorrect or incomplete data with the enquiry will with the tender or after the order has been placed The quoted documents conform to those in clause A.2 Instructions on how to fill in the worksheet Ð Enter the date by which the buyer should have the document in hand in the ªdateº column Ð Enter the date after which no change of the document is permitted any more in the column ªno changes permittedº (see also clause 6) Ð Enter an ªxº in the column
