Tolerances SCOPE AND FIELD OF APPLICATION STRAIGHTNESS This International Standard specifies metric and inch dimensional tolerances applicable to hot-rolled steel angles having either equal or unequal leg lengths in accordance metric dimensions of lSO/R 657/l and with the lSO/R 657/H or the inch dimensions of lSO/R 657/ill and lSO/R 657/lV 5.1 The maximum permissible camber for equal- and unequal-leg angles shall be as specified in table LEG LENGTH Tolerances THICKNESS in table I TOLERANCE Tolerances on thickness of equal- and unequal-leg shall be as specified in table CUTTING TOLERANCE The camber shall be measured as shown in figure OUT-OF-SQUARE TOLERANCE on leg length shall be as specified 5.2 (E) angles FOR LENGTH Normal and fine tolerances for lengths of angles having equal or unequal legs shall be as specified in tables and 4, respectively 6.1 The legs shall be perpendicular to each other within a maximum deviation at the end as specified in table 6.2 The deviation (see figure 2) TOLERANCE shall be measured at the end of the leg ON MASS Where tolerance on mass per unit length is to be specified as an overall controlling tolerance, such provision should be included in the appropriate national standard 2007-07-25 ,정성화에 라이센스를 부여하며 불법 복사 및 무단 배포를 금합니다 IS0 657/V-1976 (E) TABLE Metric -
