conflicts, such as the conflict between Ukraine and Russia These things greatly affect the economic context of the world and Vietnam This is reflected in the significant increase in the price of gasoline and raw materials This shows that companies must find ways to overcome these difficulties However, adapting and overcoming these difficulties is not easy Especially in the context of Vietnam joining NATO, the market is expanded, from which Vietnamese enterprises will reveal the remaining limitations Thereby, it requires domestic enterprises to develop specific, reasonable and effective development strategies In which the use of commercial English in commercial business activities is a barrier as well as a great opportunity for students and commuters This report aims to survey, learn candidates outside THP Company None 2.3.1 Organizational Chart of Internship Position Data Management Executive's specific job description: At Tan Hiep Phat, usually the daily work of a Data Management Executive will deal to enter data and process the processes of human resources in the company From guiding new personnel to fill out all submissions, personal records to the introduction of intern in the position of Data Management Executive as me have to do: 23 h 1.1 Updating candidate information to the human resource management system to ensure accurate and timely procedures and Performing administrative tasks of TA office: submitting documents, managing the system of records and documents of the department, ensuring that there is no loss and timely as required Managing identify KPI At Tan Hiep Phat, a Data Management Executive will have KRA set by the HR department that the employee will make an effort to be able to achieve a monthly KPI at that position The evaluation criteria are as follows: KRAs in this position will include: Requests involve creating resources for new personnel, entering information into HRM recuitments system At this position, KRA is Executive position 25 h PART 3: RECOMMENDATIONS 3.1 STUDENT9S ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE INTERNSHIP AND REASONS ¥ Achievements during the internship of Data Management Executive As a student trained in commercial English, Tan Hiep Phat company where I am trained, learned and exposed more clearly about how the leading company operates FMCG in general From the perspective of being a student of the Ho Chi Minh City College of Economics who has been trained in corporate management english, import and export, the internship in the position of Talent Data Management Executive has made me improve my skills and have a full view of the operations, work of the company's human resources This is a new and interesting job, done with colleagues with many years of experience in the recruitment industry at Tan Hiep Phat I was involved in the work processing chain of a large company, trained in each area of professional knowledge of human resources, to participate and work with experts in recruitment of personnel, recruitment specialists of real estate projects, the top managers of the human resources sector, to participate in meetings to find solutions to the company's recruitment problem according to the quarters and the compensation system of workers in the production sector In addition, I am also exposed to the best software today such as SAP, HRM, IMS Being exposed and working on the ecosystem, the closed website of Tan Hiep Phat Group such as portal, mail, sharepoint about human resources Finally, I have gained when practicing at Tan Hiep Phat company is the professional attitude in the process of working, learning the skills that are essential for my career in the future Besides knowledge, skills are the achievements I am most proud of when practicing at Tan Hiep Phat Group 26 h ¥ Reasons for gaining these achievements during the internship I have achieved certain achievements during my internship at Tan Hiep Phat That has helped me improve myself and be able to identify what I want to in the future There are some reasons for achieving the above achievements Firstly, I am an internship at a large and prestigious enterprise is thanks to the company has created a great opportunity for third-year students like me, to be exposed and have an overview of human resources work as well as career orientation in the future, to study and work at one of the fast-moving consumer goods manufacturing companies in Vietnam Secondly, achieving these small achievements is thanks to the help of colleagues, specialist with knowledge and experience in the human resources industry Besides, there is the guidance of Mr Le Phu Nhuan Talent Acquisition Manager, O&TD and Ms Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung - Head of Organization & Talent Development Manager on how to use human resources, report, extract data on the company's website Thirdly, the reason for the successful internship is that the Ho Chi Minh City College of Economics has organized an annual internship for final year students so that all students have the obviously view of the future work background compared to what was learned at the school Therefore, this is the clearest and most realistic opportunity to choose a future career decision after graduation Finally, reason is the dedicated guidance of the instructor, Ms Tran Thi Hong Thi with specific comments, thoroughly supplementing the shortcomings of the report As a result, the report became more completely And that's all the reason, that it's been a successful internship for me and the factors that have made this success possible And these reasons will help me further in my career after completing this report study 27 h 3.2 REMAINING PROBLEMS AND REASONS 3.2.1 Problems Of The Student An internship is the final process in the student's program of study and the first stage of students being exposed to the professions of employment in society, thereby having the clearest access to future job opportunities, as well as finding jobs that suit each person's abilities Any company has its own culture, to choose the right internship for you is not easy That's why I have a lot of difficulties in the process of practicing at businesses And especially at Tan Hiep Phat Company, with its position as a large company in the South and leading in the fast-moving consumer goods manufacturing industry in the country, the internship here is very difficult The first problem mentioned is that the biggest problem for me is my own knowledge compared to the knowledge that the job position requires The amount of knowledge when studying in school is still not enough compared to when working at businesses The most obvious example is that right the Data Management Executive position needs to know a lot of data reporting skills that this position requires such as proficient use such as portal, Excel, hiring base, or the terms of human resources industry in particular that only when working at large enterprises can students themselves learn and cultivate more The second problem is the adaptation of myself will be like when entering a business in Vietnam Theoretically, if I prepare in terms of knowledge for the internship position and have an understanding of how a business works, then I will adapt very quickly, thereby saving time to study and potentially progress in the future However, this is not the case, my adaptation is now quite slow and passive learning in an ever-changing world For example, in my position as a data manager, every day the company's HR data is always changing, with the number of workers about 2500 people, requiring good adaptation in order to gather accurate information for the purpose of reporting to other departments If there is an error, it will affect a series of related tasks 28 h The next problem is the ability to learn I must always have the spirit of learning from my colleagues, because I can study and work in a professional environment, and along with the core values that Tan Hiep Phat company set out "today must be better than yesterday but not equal to tomorrow" Next, the problem of lack of practical skills is also to be addressed If there are skills that businesses need such as problem solving skills, negotiation skills, presentation and persuasion skills, and trained and perfected during my studies line at the College of Economics, I will limit the difficulties in the beginning of my internship The difficulty of time is also a matter of concern Participating in a professional environment, arriving on time is a challenge for me every day, which is also the pressure that makes me better every day And those are the invisible problems that every student who goes on an internship has to face, not except myself These problems gradually disappeared if I myself cultivated my daily skills 3.2.2 Problems Of The Company Currently, the labor market is facing great competition in terms of the number of skilled and low-skilled workers The difficulty of recruiting qualified workers suitable for the business is not an easy task Even the selection of interns is a series of actions that are scrutinized through screening and interviewing As a Data Management Executive, there are some problems that Tan Hiep Phat Co Ltd is facing in that position: managing the further large data source A business with 18 departments and more than 2,500 employees means that the company's data is very large and always is being changed, besides there are many procedures to submit to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (D.CEO), And there are some other fundamental problems Internships at position Data Management Executive, problems that the business has not solved that I noticed include: The first, is how to operate employee data sources in a reasonable and efficient way When employees' data sources are very large, including new employees taking 29 h jobs every day and employees quitting Currently, the company is using HRM and IMS systems to manage employees In addition, SAP systems for projects that calculate salaries for employees and workers The application will then be transferred to the Payroll department of the Organisation & Talent Development room to prepare for the payment of salaries, bonuses, and employee policies Thus, it can be seen that this is a series of activities supporting each other, if there is no uniformity of data of one of the above systems, the system will report errors From there, the payment of wages, bonuses or policies for workers and employees will not be possible The second, Tan Hiep Phat is one of the typical companies in the FMCG industry, so the process for each activity or task will be many and complex, and submitting which to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer level for approval is also difficult process and slowly Because the company has up to 18 different departments, which receive and handle the process many steps and complex, obtaining the approval of the D.CEO will be very time consuming This can cause slowly down work schedules, prolonged complex processes, and increasingly dense approved waiting processes This is also a problem that I noticed during the internship To sum up, there are only two problems that I've noticed and it's going to be hard to find a solution to these problems I believe that not only Tan Hiep Phat enterprises but large companies with many departments have the same problems Therefore, this study will find a solution for businesses as well as reference guides to find the most effective solution to this problem 3.3 Solutions to the remaining problems 3.3.1 Solutions For The Student As a student of the Ho Chi Minh City College of Economics, I was trained and learned the best that the school has taught, skills that are essential for future employment such as problem-solving skills Once you've noticed your problem, solving it is another task that needs to be done In general, I myself am suffering from a number of problems such as: my knowledge and skills are not enough compared to the requirements at the job position, the adaptation is not good enough when practicing at a 30 h large enterprise Morever, I have the pressure on other factors, so solutions are needed to solve the outstanding problems for yourself, there are some suggestions Firstly, solution which is necessary to prepare yourself immediately for yourself to have all the necessary knowledge, attitudes and skills when working at a business whether large or small One thing is for sure, knowledge in school is not enough compared to reality And every day the business innovates, the demand is increasing and not limited to one job position Therefore, the lesson learned at this position is that I always keep a high spirit of eagerness to learn, or always strive when I am a student of Ho Chi Minh City College of Economics to be able to create sustainable and longterm value for the company And as I maintain that sustainability, self-worth also develops on the basis of my knowledge Secondly, another factor that is overlooked, but it is extremely important is what to to improve your level of adaptation to be higher when you are in a large enterprise When you participate in an internship organized by the school and business, adaptation is a must when working, because adaptation will help you understand and a better job, avoid making basic mistakes Therefore, improving the value of yourself as well as the training value of the Ho Chi Minh City College of Economics and the business Thirdly, improve practical skills such as problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, teamwork skills and independence, These skills are used when you are involved in a project or working at Tan Hiep Phat, which requires me to use proficiently And these skills should be thoroughly trained when taking courses at the Ho Chi Minh City College of Economics In this way, I can keep up with the progress of my work and better understand my position Finally, the experience with the real environment made me understand how the rules in the company Setting challenge goals for yourself such as getting to work on time, every day at the company will learn how to work effectively, With the above solutions, this is my biggest opportunity to practice at Tan Hiep Phat, also an opportunity for me to notice my shortcomings and thereby be able to 31 h create methods to solve those shortcomings to be able to achieve more success with the career association 3.3.2 Solutions For The Company Currently, the company has up to 18 departments including the factory in Chu Lai Quang Nam province, Hau Giang factory, Ha Nam factory and human resources data management staff are operating the data volume of the whole company with more than 2500 people (separate data at the company in Binh Duong province), besides, there are sources recruiting candidates from Facebook, Linkedin, Careerbuilder, Skype, Firstly, solution for this problem can be realized and needed to lead to be directed to be smart data management to synchronize information, limit information errors to other departments to properly implement the set processes and find ways to operate and manage data effectively Applying digital transformation is a priority solution today in most businesses, prioritizing candidates who are proficient in technology skills, keeping up with the trend of business development of the world And Tan Hiep Phat company is still keeping up with that trend, activities, such as: keeping records, scheduling interviews, announcing interviews for candidates not to repeat many times but will be fully automated when using digital technologies Instead, we have time to more difficult tasks In addition, the candidate's information is personalized, improving the application experience, if they are not suitable for the business can still keep records, until the right position will contact them immediately without reestablishing the recruitment process, minimizing the time and cost of repeating the new process At the same time, the employees of the Human Resources department are also easy to access, apply digital technology, they automatically find and edit their personal information on the system without asking the Human Resources department, monitoring the payroll, self-employment through the software Secondly, that's the solution to minimize inefficient data management But there is another issue that is the approval of D CEO for those processes All processes or policies on personnel, salaries, transfers, appointments, retirements, social insurance, or resource creation for new personnel, etc All approved by Deputy Chief Executive 32 h Officer Ms Tran Uyen Phuong Of course, the approval of D CEO will have a postponement And that leads to lengthy processes that cause a waste of time as well as money So the solution here is, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer should have a reauthorization for the directors
