1128 S E C T I O N I X   Pediatric Critical Care: Hematology and Oncology clinical presentation and the ability to perform evaluations.288 For children, use of the Cornell Assessment of Pediatric Delirium (CAPD) has been used to assess for ICANS.295,296 Tocilizumab and siltuximab have been used as treatment for more severe disease, especially if a patient develops ICANS in the setting of active CRS If the patient does not have active CRS and develops severe ICANS, high-dose steroids are often employed, especially in the case of associated increased ICP ICANS generally resolves with time and supportive care (i.e., antiepileptic drugs for seizures, airway management, hypertonic fluids for ICP), but there have been cases of fatal cerebral edema, making close monitoring
