Description for the selected ONE (1) Sustainability Development Goal from the list above a) Sustainability Development Goal for Gender equality As the pandemic and its economic ramifications grow, the effects of COVID-19 on lives and livelihoods worldwide are already impeding gender equality The COVID19 pandemic, which is causing widespread panic worldwide, affects men and women differently Many women have fought COVID-19 on the front lines, and the crisis has significantly impacted them For example, the virus significantly increases the cost of unpaid care, which women suffer disproportionately (Qian & Fan, 2020) Women's employment is dropping faster than the national average, owing to social prejudices and a decrease in the proportion of young women with formal education Despite significant progress over the last two decades, current ILO data demonstrate gender discrepancies in labor-force participation, unemployment, and working conditions, notably in Asia (Dimen, 2022) During the Covid 19 period, this campaign tries to address gender discrimination at work in China with the message: "Gender equality at work creates more values for society." b) Strategic social marketing campaign components Knowing the target audience is the first step in any communication effort to address COVID-19's unemployment discrimination focusing on women(Nadworny, 2022) The target audience in public segmentation is women, who hold the bulk of low-paying, informal, precarious occupations and unpaid care duties They deserve a better life, better treatment, more care, and more social attention Therefore, social assistance programs and fiscal stimulus packages should be developed with gender equality and opportunity in mind A portion of the manners in which the mission could be changed to address the issues of this fragment includes:  Ensure the safety of the participants Determine how to mitigate all of the potential risks Be sure to review the list throughout the campaign and note any new threats  The campaign content should be relevant to the lives of women and girls (in multiple languages, accessible, and affordable)  This process ensures the content is relatable, relatable, and relatable  Accessibility of campaign content should be ensured for women and girls  Women's news and information There is more to this than just covering "women's issues" Achieving gender equality requires ensuring the content is inclusive and respects the differences between females and males Desired Behaviour  This study aims to modify behaviors associated with orientation homogeneity, such as assisting women in gaining power Companies must focus not simply on acquiring diverse personnel, but also on caring for them once they are hired Managers must satisfy their employees' needs in order to foster a positive workplace culture  Barriers to solving the problem: This ideology of respect for men and contempt for women originates from the role that men are promoted in society Since humans found new forms of labor instruments, considerably expanded labor capacity, and surplus improvements, the economy has come to dominate Men are more muscular and assertive, so they were primarily involved in the production, even warfare, demonstrating their roles and importance from the beginning of human development They were valued more than women since they contributed more Until now, men have outnumbered women in the ranks of leaders, heroes, and prominent scientists, and many people believe that women are incapable of handling situations as well as men Marketing Intervention Tools to Help Citizen Behavior Change:  Product strategies: + Core product: In today's global economy, with linked supply chains and competitive recruitment markets, gender equality in the workplace and creating an inclusive environment are essential for the success and development of sustainable businesses Decades of research have shown that gender equality in the workplace helps companies to grow sustainably with remarkable benefits and enhanced ability to gauge consumer needs and preferences + Actual product: The goal is to change the hiring requirement in the workplace The recruiter and company will give more opportunities to women + Augmented product: Assisting women in marketing themselves is an effective method to persuade employers Mentorship programs are needed to share knowledge, skills, and experience with less experienced people This cycle should be available in person, as well as via phone and video calls The primary purpose of this program is to ensure that less experienced individuals benefit from the more experienced individuals and have access to amazing chances that they would not have had without the tutor's assistance Mentorship programs are a powerful tool for women seeking to develop in their jobs  Price strategy: + Gender disparities can exist in informal recruitment practices, especially in maledominated businesses In order to address this issue, recruiters should make their informal shortlist longer + Time: Depending on the topic and the role, employees require different levels of training Despite this, employees still need opportunities to learn new things and refresh their knowledge regularly Many companies usually cover industry standards in one training session per year + Cost: It costs about $5,000 on average to develop a single policy The development can be handled by an external contractor or law firm or internally by a committee It costs companies an average of $1,111 per employee to train employees in 2020, compared to $1,286 per employee in 2019 The median training expense per employee for mid-size companies was $581 compared to enterprise ($924) and small businesses ($1,678) The China Daily reports that 1.5 to 2.5 percent of an employee's salary will go toward training fees (Dani, 2022)  Place strategy: The policies or training courses are given in the company and organization, and venues are frequently used to provide essential skills or knowledge for employees It is easier for women busy with the household to learn and work if there are more online training courses and jobs  Promotional strategy: Gender equality policies should be widely promoted so that everyone knows and understands why they are required This can be accomplished by broadcasting updates and advertising on television and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter with hashtags (opportunity jobs for women and gender equality workplace) Furthermore, to appeal to the public, the commercial will contain both positive content, such as "Gender equality workplace grow the economy" and negative information, such as the downsides of gender inequality (c) Determine a theory and discuss the theoretical aspects that can be used into the campaign you devised Azjen's (1985) theory of planned behavior can be used to promote the concept that unequal opportunities influence both men and women Because their families' attitudes inspired them, social conventions such as "Women must be only focused on family and household rather than work" or "Men can better than women in all aspects" make changing personal opinions about gender discrimination difficult However, if successfully applied, this theoretical foundation will result in various positives in terms of behavioral attitudes, notions about standard standards, and perspectives on gender autonomy d) Two possible partners in the campaign for the proposed segment Many Chinese entities or organizations, including China's primary legislative organ, the National People's Congress, the Standing Committee, and the People's Republic of China Constitution, can support or sponsor the campaign The project may also be prompted by the many laws and regulations, municipal regulations, and administrative rules enacted by various government departments as supplements to the People's Republic of China Law on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests (e) Two possible ways to fund the designed campaign In the aid program, we can organize an online training course with discretionary fees and use the tuition fee to establish a Gender Equality Fund to promote gender equality and women's empowerment The Gender Equality Fund is significant in forming Chinese advancement programs to areas of strength to drive uniformity execution and results REFERENCE LIST Journals: Ajzen, I (1991) The theory of planned behavior Organizational Behavior And Human Decision Processes,
