and distribute data to other departments That will provide the ultimate outcomes for resolving the business's difficulties, allowing the company to run more efficiently and gain a competitive advantage Many organizations have used information systems in the workplace today, one of which is the field of e-commerce, which includes B2C, B2B, and C2C firms In terms of e-commerce, this is one of the industries that has had a significant impact on business growth in recent years The growth of this industry provides firms with several options to promote and expand their market As a result, businesses around the world, and in particular in Vietnam, are keen to promote the growth of e-commerce, particularly ecommerce applications for agricultural products imported into the country Vietnamese agricultural products are on the decline after being heavily impacted by COVID-19, so being able to use e-commerce for the agricultural product industry will help businesses communicate and sell products professionally, quickly, and at a reasonable cost, allowing them to quickly recover their capital Inspired by that concept, in the scope of this research paper, we will apply what we have learned in both "Business Information Systems" and "E-commerce" to analyze the case of a hypothetical company called LOGIFARM and how they plan to solve the project's problem, as well as simulate currently one of the most popular enterprises in Vietnam In this section, we'll learn about this company's formation and development, as well as its business plan and revenue model Then we look at why Shopee was able to dominate the Vietnamese market and draw lessons from it that the Logifarm project can use to their own endeavor CHAPTER 1: DESCRIBE THE COMPANY AND THEIR BUSINESS MODEL 1.1 Introduction about Shopee 1.1.1 The process of formation and development Shopee is currently the most popular e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan, it was established in 2015 in Singapore with the largest shareholder being a Chinese company (Tencent) and is managed by a conglomerate SEA team Shopee is known as a commerce channel that allows users to have an easy, safe and fast online shopping experience Previously, they operated under the Marketplace (C2C – Customer to Customer) model, but now the company has expanded to B2C (Business to Customer) similar to Lazada and Tiki to help businesses more access to consumers Up to now, this business has been present in more than countries in Asia such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam 1.1.2 Services Firstly, Shopee Pay is a mobile e-wallet application that meets all payment needs of users quickly, anytime, anywhere with high information security, users can purchase a lot of discount codes on this app to pay at stores that have gateways associated with the app, which will help them get a certain discount Besides, Shopee Pay is also associated with more than 20 banks such internet However, as previously stated, this website is also one of the company's challenges, so we have two options that employ a third connection service called Zapier or force it to be withdrawn entirely and replaced with a new one on the Odoo ERP management system Different, independent, and separate systems are frequently used for marketing, inventory management, and financial data Hence, to connect the Wix and Odoo demos, the team used a third-party tool called Zapier to connect the Wix and Odoo websites Zapier is an intermediary application that allows connecting separate platforms through each platform's API Businesses can save time and money by using Zapier to automate the creation of a new e-commerce website, as well as the expense of purchasing additional Odoo applications, remove the Wix website entirely and build a new one directly in the Odoo software, which will help to integrate all business activities such as marketing, finance, human resources, sales, recruitment, and so on on a single platform; this is a bright spot that only ERP can provide 3.6 Other Odoo Application After implementing Odoo for content management and control in areas such as human resources, marketing strategy, and supply management, Logifarm discovered that setting up and running a project faced numerous challenges in the early stages However, the Odoo system has helped LOGIFARM save a significant amount of time for the entire company; all jobs are completed quickly and accurately, and employees from all departments can capture data at the same time Furthermore, the difficulties of appraising individuals can be readily managed LOGIFARM has now achieved certain successes thanks to Odoo, including the ability to control effective and ineffective advertising strategies, respond quickly, receive jobs that are properly assessed, and ensure that 100 percent of supply products meet food safety and hygiene standards, all of which contribute to the process of positioning our brand IS course The first is an examination of how Shopee operates on the e-commerce platform The team discovered that, as part of its business strategy, this e-commerce platform prioritizes research and development in order to improve the quality of its products By maximizing the application of technology to buying, Shopee draws a huge number of sellers and consumers They've always been at the forefront of growing the platform's integrated digital ecosystem to allow more users, businesses, and consumer communities to profit from e-commerce Next, with the strong development of e-commerce in the 4.0 era, taking advantage of online business is becoming increasingly important, so the company LOGIFARM (the hypothetical company proposed by the group) is following suit by developing an ecommerce business model for agricultural products in order to contribute to the improvement of this industry following the COVID-19 pandemic while also maximizing business activities However, working in this industry is not easy, since there are numerous dangers in terms of production and management, sales, and marketing, to name a few As a result, LOGIFARM focuses on the use of ODOO business management software in order to boost company processes more flexibly.The Odoo software, in particular, includes a number of applications that may be readily integrated and adapted into your eCommerce site It will streamline business processes by providing LOGIFARM with a variety of applications to manage sales, customers, warehouse management, accounting, human resource management, and purchasing, among other things, in order to achieve high efficiency in business activities while increasing market competitiveness Our team discovered ODOO to be a valuable solution for businesses while utilizing it in the LOGIFARM trading platform since it provides a variety of support options for businesses in all business disciplines at reasonable pricing, is easy to use, and adaptable to automate the management process In summary, my team believes that the LOGIFARM project has great practicality and potential for future development based on the application of ERP software and expertise from
