20 NORWICH: THE CITY OF STORIES Norwich is a fantastic place to study and one of the most vibrant and attractive cities in Europe Norwich was recently ranked the 7th ‘Happiest City to Live In’ within the United Kingdom (9NINE Survey, 2017) and is renowned as an outstanding shopping destination, indeed it is regularly voted in the Top Ten Shopping cities in the UK (the Venuescore surveys.)
