Identify NM diseases which can present primarily or initially with cardiac manifestations and discuss cardiac screening and longitudinal follow-up of these patients, (2) identify NM conditions that can present with isolated respiratory weakness as well as discuss those entities that later develop significant respiratory or pulmonary complications, (3) identify hematologic complications and manifestations of different NM diseases as well discuss therapies related to these conditions, (4) highlight important systemic complications of frequently used therapies in NM disease including
