Saint Francis School of Radiography   Bachelor of Science Imaging Technology Program   Elmhurst College Transfer Guide   Transfer Guidelines: Resurrection University is an IAI receiving institution Conferred Associates of Arts degrees and Associates of Science degrees meet all general education requirements for block transfer If an Associates of Arts or an Associates of Science degree has not been conferred, then courses with be transferred on a course by course basis To be competitive, a cumulative GPA and science GPA must be 2.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale and an overall HESI exam score of a 70% or higher Grades of 2.0 or above on a 4.0 scale completed at regionally accredited colleges or universities are transferrable Courses must be considered college level and have been used to fulfill graduation requirements and degree requirements at the previous college or university Remedial/pre-college level courses, audit, credit, proficiency scores are not transferrable No courses with final grades below 2.0 on a 4.0 scale may be transferred All College Math and Anatomy & Physiology are considered expired for the BSIT-Pre-licensure program if taken more than or more years prior to your intended start term † General education physical and life sciences that have been fulfilled by Imaging Technology support course work may be substituted with general elective coursework Elmhurst College Courses Imaging Technology Support Courses († Subject to 5-year rule) Any one of the following: BIO 107, BIO207, KIN310, BIO 108, BIO2018 or KIN340 †Anatomy & Physiology I- with lab (4 credits) No Equivalent Medical Terminology (3 credits) Total Credits Elmhurst College Courses ResU General Education Pre-requisite Courses ENG105 and ENG106 and one of the following: COM113, COM 114, COM213, COM312, or COM315 PSY355 or MTH 121 or higher English/Communications- (9 credits) Possible Humanities and Fine Arts courses include: Art, English, History, Music, Philosophy, Religious Studies, Theatre, World Languages, and The Following Foreign Languages: Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Spanish Humanities and Fine Arts (9 credits) Possible Physical and Life Science courses include: Astronomy, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Studies, Physics Physical and Life Sciences (7 credits) One physical and one life science course must be complete A course from physical or life sciences must have a lab Possible Social Science courses include: Economics, Geography, History, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Urban Studies Social and Behavioral Sciences (9 credits) Any college level courses can be taken from a range of different departments Total Credits General Electives (9 credits) †College Math or Statistics (3 credits) 46 This is a guide for students planning to transfer to Resurrection University This guide is not intended as a contract with Resurrection University Transfer requirements are subject to change Students are expected to contact the Office of Admissions at Resurrection University regarding any updates The student is responsible for verification of all transfer information Resurrection University 1431 N Claremont Ave Chicago, IL 60622 Email questions to: admissions@resu.edu Phone: 773-252-5389 & Fax: 773-227-3838 Revised Date 1/3/2020
