SARAH LAWRENCE COLLEGE RENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN Sarah Lawrence College and Pelham High School PURPOSE: Pelham High School ("Facility User") will have use of the Pool in the Campbell Sports Center for Swim Practice on September 3, 2019 pm - 9:30pm half pool September 4, 2019 pm - 9:30pm half pool September 5, 2019 pm - 9:30pm half pool September I 0, 20 19 8pm - 9:30pm half pool September 11 , 20 19 8pm - 9:30pm half pool September 16, 2019 8pm - 9:30pm half pool September 17, 2019 8pm 9:30pm half pool September 19, 20 19 8pm 9:30pm half pool September 23, 20 19 8pm 9:30pm half pool September 24, 2019 8pm - 9:30pm half pool September 26, 2019 8pm - 9:30pm half pool October 2, 2019 8pm - 9:30pm half pool October 10, 2019 8pm 9:30pm half pool October 16, 2019 Spm - Spm full pool October 17, 2019 pm - 9:30pm half pool * Home Meets in Bold October 21 , 2019 8pm - 9:30pm half pool October 22, 2019 8pm - 9:30pm half pool October 24, 20 19 8pm - 9:30pm half pool PAYMENTS: The total fee for the approved date[ s] listed above is $3,645.00 Facility Use Fee: half pool Facility Use Fee: Meets Facility Set up : Timing and Scoreboard System TOTAL $100 per hour x 27hours = $2,700.00 $160 per hour x 4.5 hours = $720.00 $75 00 per meet x 1.5 meets = $ 112.50 $75.00 per meet x 1.5 meets = $ 112.50 $3,645.00 Payment is due in full by November 30, 2019 A check for the total amount, made payable to Sarah Lawrence College, should be sent to: Bradley Alexander Department of Physical Education & Athletics Mead Way Bronxville, NY 10708 CANCELLATIONS: In the event that Facility User cancels any or all of the reserved dates above, the full payment is still required Sarah Lawrence College will make a reasonable effort to reschedule cancelled sess10ns Sarah Lawrence College reserves the right to cancel any session should College demands require the use of the facility, or in the event of a facility shutdown due to maintenance reasons In the event that Sarah Lawrence College cancels a session, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the session or, if the session cannot be rescheduled, a credit will be issued Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that Sarah Lawrence College cancels a session due to weather, natural disaster, or other conditions beyond their reasonable control, no credit will be issued and reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the session 4 PARTICIPANTS AND SPECTATORS: The coach or team manager authorized by the Facility User must be present at all session and must supervise team members at all times while they are in the facility Spectators are not allowed in the facility other than to facilitate pick up or drop off of participants This contract covers a total of 40 participants In the event that the actual number of participants exceeds 40 participants, the College reserves the right to re-negotiate this contract Facility rules of the Campbell Sports Center must be adhered to at all times Failure to so will result in termination of this contract A certified lifeguard must be provided by Facility User and must be on the pool deck throughout each practice session A copy of this person 's certifications must be submitted to the Sarah Lawrence College Department of Physical Education & Athletics prior to the first session Sarah Lawrence College will provide one lifeguard at all practices and meets AMENITIES: Sarah Lawrence College will not provide any first aid supplies or services The locker room will be made available prior to and following each session A coach/monitor must supervise team members who are minors in the locker room There is no charge for time in the locker room No locks or towels will be provided by Sarah Lawrence College Lockers may be used during contracted time but no belongings may be left overnight The College shall not be held liable for the loss of or damage to any personal belongings REPAIRS AND CLEANING: The repair costs for any damage caused by Facility User will be billed to Facility User Assessment of damage and repair cost shall be at Sarah Lawrence's reasonable and sole discretion Cleaning will be provided by SLC, the cost will be billed at a rate of $200 per day PARKING: Parking is available in the Kober Parking Lot behind the Campbell Sports Center Parking permits are not required;
