ORANGE COUNTY LOCAL PARTNERSHIP (OCLPA) PROGRAMMING ACTION PLAN 2018-19 PRIORITY #1 PLAN OF ACTION: Increase WBL & CIE for Youth & Young Adults Goal 1.0 Increase workbased learning (WBL) & competitive integrated employment (CIE) for youth & young adults with a wide range of disabilities Action Step/s 1.1-1 Identify data to be collected across agencies 1.1-2 Share enrollment & service access documents Strategies 1.1a Through OCLPA Steering Committee meetings and conference calls data will be identified and collection methods determined 1.2 Survey stakeholders regarding needs and Identify issues 1.2a Work with CU TPI-TI Research Team to develop surveys for a variety of stakeholders (individuals with disabilities, families, educators, service agencies, adult service providers and
