SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION FORM M.S in KINESIOLOGY Checklist and Instructions for Admission Requirements Upload the following items with your WSU Graduate School application: Graduate School, Washington State University P O Box 641030, French Administration 336, Pullman, WA 99164-1030 (509) 335-6424 (http://www.gradsch.wsu.edu/) Graduate School Application, for the M.S in Kinesiology program at http://www.gradsch.wsu.edu/ $75 application fee paid with credit card when submitting on-line application Three letters of reference, two of which must be from former professors and address academic qualifications (If you graduated with your bachelor’s degree more than years ago, please provide three professional letters addressing your abilities in the following skills: communication, interpersonal, leadership, resourcefulness, time management, and self-directedness) Once you have completed and submitted your online-application, your references will be contacted directly by us via email with directions for submitting their letters of recommendation on your behalf.)
