Savings - $250,319.68, and AR of $6350 for total assets of $348,899.37 Completed reconciliation with RMSAWWA for 2015  Secretary – Ceila Rethamel January minutes are still missing some information and will need to be approved in March  Trustees – Liam Cavanaugh, Debbie Taylor, Andrea Long, Pieter Van Ry, Zach Collins, Stacey Walker Pieter – Vision Meeting went well yesterday and thanks to everyone for participating Zach – No comments on OWEA social media so we will proceed with using that language Some comments on the financial policy manual but it will be an on-going process  Financial policies are posted on the RMWEA website Stacey – conference call numbers research Once you go to a toll free number, that’s when the charges start Once you have pay, it’s 2cents per minute per caller up to 6cents per minute per caller So could pay as you go (~$12) or a monthly charge if we had more than 20 callers  Had a webinar account but don’t have that subscription currently Plan to use FREE CONFERENCE CALL.com as a trial run and will move forward with getng a subscription Highest rated company in Stacey’s research Good networking after the meetings yesterday, had a get together with couple of operators at the school, RMWEA and RMSAWWA It’s good to have our meetings where the schools are at  Delegates – Greg Woodward, Jeff Rabas, Will Raatz  Will – No Report Committee Reports (8:15 – 9:00) RMWEA Business Committees:  Awards – Jenny Hartfelder The call for awards (RMS & RMW) put a joint advertisement in Rumbles You can go online to submit nominations until 6/15/16 o Financial assistance for WEF programs went out in eRumbles Applications are due 2/29/16 so that those interested in going to the Nutrient conference can have an opportunity  Electronic Information – Greg Farmer o o Have website moved over to the Vieth platform arn1666070688.doc Page of Some people had troubles when looking at the calendar and then couldn’t get back to the main website Dates for events please use RMWEA calendar  Finance, Accounting, and Budget – Will Raatz o o Defer to Edyta  Historian – José Velazquez o Delivered 69 calendars to President for WEFMAX Invoices went out Getng ready to close the books on the calendars and start up again in June, photo contest in August & September Still have issues with some members not having gotten their calendar o 1300 calendars sent out to RMWEA membership o  Membership – Ceila Rethamel Membership Portal is up and running For the past two weeks, Ceila has helped at least one member every day to update their membership The next step will be to roll out the billing portion as many of our members haven’t been receiving invoices o We have 1466 members as of 2/4/16;
