REDUCING STRESS There are many ways to reduce stress. First of all, instead of getting up late you can go walking or do exercise in the morning. It makes you feel more confident in yourself and very highly enthusiastic to begin a new day. In the weekend, you can relax after an exhausted week by doing any thing you want such as going picnic, shopping, having a small party, joining in some clubs, etc. It is very good to concentrate your vitality to work well in next week. Work pressure is a popular reason that creates stress, so during working, people should relax by listening to music or leaving the desk to breath the fresh air about some minutes, reading a funny story or thinking about a good result from doing hard. At night, don’t work late because you will feel tired and lose your energy tomorrow. In conclusion, reducing stress is the important problem to help people work successful. .
