Impact Assessment Report Nha Trang City Subproject PREAMBLE Project Background 1.1 Executive Summary of Project Background Nha Trang is a coastal city in Khanh Hoa province, in distance of 1,280km from Hanoi Capital City to the Northand 448km from Ho Chi Minh City to the South It is a political, economic, scientific –technological and tourist center of Khanh Hoa province in particular and the
