technology with bio-fringe media has shown positive results in wastewater treatment process For the purpose of localization of this application, researching of swim-bed technology with jute and wool fibers in domestic wastewater treatment process have been implemented There are two mica reactors with the same work capacity which can contain 11.4 liters They contain two types of media, include: jute fiber (natural material - MH1) and imported fiber (reference material - MH2) The reactors were operated with domestic wastewater of the loadings from 0.5 to 3.0 kgCOD/m3/day, and the same retention times were from 14.4 to 2.4 hours The results showed adhesion ability on all two types of media were pretty good and treatment efficiencies of organic and N, P were almost similar In the loadings from 1.0 to 2.5 kgCOD/m3/day, treatment efficiencies of COD of the two reactors reached 90% and the output values of COD were within the limit of QCVN 14:2008/BTNMT, column A In the loading 1.0 kgCOD/m3/day, treament efficiencies of TKN, TN and TP of the two reactors reached for about 81 87%, 58 68% and 25 35% with output concentrations of TKN, TN and TP were within the limits of QCVN 14:2008/BTNMT, column B In the final stage of the treatment process, biomass existed in the two types: suspended and attached biomass The attached form was mainly Total concentrations of MLSS of
