HOW DO DEAF PEOPLE TALK?

Deaf people cannot hear sounds. How do they "hear" words and talk?

Deaf people (1) American Sign Language (ASL). They talk with their hands. Sometimes two deaf people talk to (2) other. They both use ASL. Sometimes a person (3) can hear interprets for deaf people. The person listens to someone talking, and then he or she ( 4) hand signs.
