Factual condition of site - Requirements of project management board - Procedures of contractor’s quality control - Vietnamese standards about quatity control General regulations - Products shall not be transported to site if it has not been completedly undergone product control procedure - When taking over materials into site, if any defects have been detected which can influence construction’s quality, site operating board shall be entitled to rejects and make minutes for refunding to factory - Don’t stand or walk on products in factory and on site - Improve workers’ awareness about product protection issue Detailed method to protect products during and after execution 3.1 During manufacturing and transportation - Before processing, all aluminium bars, glass panels shall be protected by a glue layer to prevent from scratches - During processing, all parts shall be put in specialized basement or frame-supporter - Installation method shall be complied with execution method submitted to project management board for approval - Before installation, a survey of fatual position shall be conducted to avoid outside factors which can affect on product’s quality - Arrange regular supervision, protection work for product 3.3 After installation - After installation, product shall be protected, other area under construction of other contractor shall have protect defence - Protected plastic glue on surface of alu, glass shall be kept before cleaning for handing over - Cleaning work shall be conducted according to stimulation, product protectins shall be checked regularly and strickly -
